“A very useful to keep every expense in one place
Pros
I like how intuitive it is for employees. I use it to submit expense requests and reports. The updates are helpful, and receiving communications from other departments directly keeps me organized.
Cons
It wasn't clear to me that I could add PDFs instead of pictures where we're supposed to drop our receipts. It only says: add image.

I think certain aspects of HST and expense claims could be improved. The payables function works quite well.

Pros
Procurify is an easy-to-use purchase order system that enables teamwork in managing and controlling costs. The ease of creating POs and generating reports for cost comparison is vital for our company. The customer service is excellent and always responsive to any questions or needs.
Cons
I wish some categories and reports were more customizable since not all companies are the same. It would also be helpful to organize a PO chronologically. When a new item is added to an order, it automatically goes to the bottom. For a 5-day event, we'd like to move it to the correct date.
