“My Current Perspective of Procurify

Pros

I like being able to easily reorder an item and assign it as a recurring order. It's also easy to track an item order based on the requester, item name, etc., providing several ways to find a previous order.

Cons

I'd prefer not having the same item listed multiple times in the history when ordered. It would be easier to adjust the info once located. Having the same item listed repeatedly in the history is not beneficial and takes longer to use the required version.

The first year we switched to Procurify, it wasn't easy because it seemed so different from what I was used to. However, it didn't take me long to get up to speed. I now enjoy the layout and having virtual information at my fingertips. Procurify made some changes we suggested, making it more enjoyable to use their system.

Cons

I would like the student's balance to be present at the end of each page. When working with families, I have to go back to where that information is posted to ensure the student has the funds in their account.

It's easy to use. I can copy in a link, and it usually matches and auto-fills most of the information. I find it simple and love that I can easily reference earlier purchases. The approval process, including auto-approval for lower dollar amounts, works well. Tracking from purchase request to completion is smooth.

Cons

From a user's perspective, there's little I would change about the software. I can't speak to the administrative functions.
