What I like about Recurly is its simplicity and user friendliness. Time is money, after all, right? It's amazing that you log in and quickly find what I need through intuitive navigation. An excellent tool indeed.
Cons

Pros
Managing our subscriptions is not a hassle anymore, all credit goes to Recurly. We rely on it daily for customer billing, taxes and analytics such as churn and revenue tracking.
Cons
This isn't really a con, but setting everything up can take some time, and it can be a bit technical for those without much experience. However, this is expected for a platform like Recurly.

Pros
What impresses me most about Recurly is its versatility. I have a wide range of options to send customized discounts, codes, create plans, edit renewal dates, process manual payments, send invoices, set up alerts, customize invoices and provide credits.
Cons
If there's anything I don't like, it's that sometimes a support pop-up appears and interrupts my work when I don't need to contact support. I understand that the platform is trying to offer assistance, but for experienced users who already know how to seek support, it can be a little annoying.

Pros
I find the software amazing as it provides excellent API and connectivity. The upcoming catalog upgrade will be incredibly helpful for us. Moreover, the support team is absolutely outstanding.
Cons
Some of the API limitations for add-on products have been a challenge in the past. However, it seems that the catalog update may have addressed those issues.

Pros
The interface is decent, and the software provides good integration functionality, although there are occasional breaks.
Cons
I had a disappointing experience with customer service. They charged us thousands of dollars for a single bill, despite us raising the issue multiple times. We were passed around to 5 different customer support representatives, and in the end, they refused to address our request. We've been their customer for over three years, and it's very disheartening to feel ripped off in this manner.

“Recurly is the most user friendly subscription UI on the market”
Pros
The freedom in setting up subscriptions is something I love about Recurly. I can easily configure future start dates, bill forwards, automatic billing and apply percentage or dollar discounts. Recurly simplifies the process and handles exceptions well.
Cons
The rollout of new features is quite slow. Sometimes, when setting up multiple subscriptions to occur simultaneously, they end up being sent separately. Recurly only allows you to choose the hour (in UTC) for a subscription, but occasionally, they change the minute without explanation. As an admin, it's frustrating to manage this confusing anomaly.

Cons

Overall, Recurly is pretty good. It's easy to search for clients and get an overview of their details.
Cons
I often find myself getting lost in the invoices and payments section. It's not very clear, and when checking how much a specific client pays, it displays the full price without considering any discounts they may have. So, I have to manually calculate the discount. It would also be helpful to have more reports related to accounts nearing the end of a discount period, for example.

Let's start with support. I genuinely love how helpful the team is. I would be lost without them. While I can't compare it to other programs, I feel that Recurly meets (or at least most) of our needs. The design and user-friendly interface are also aspects I really like.
Cons
I wish there were more options for customizing reports. The software doesn't feel very intuitive to me, and I think having tooltips would greatly help navigate its business impact. While there is a Help section and FAQ, it can take some time to find the specific information I need.

I haven't discovered a specific feature that stands out yet. I'm still working on a simple setup with Recurly. Hopefully, one day it will be set up properly, as we're losing money every day due to inadequate support.
Cons
The on-boarding support is terrible. I really wish Recurly had a better customer service team that could assist with setting up the product. Instead, I keep getting passed around without receiving the correct information, even though other providers confirmed it's all that's needed.
