I think it is pretty easy to use. Nothing really comes to mind that's confusing.

I don't like that you have to pay extra for automations. We sometimes can't do what we want with the system because of the cost.

Honestly, the best payroll software I've used. Reviewing docs like handbooks is simple, easy to save and submit. Setting up my direct deposit to different accounts was a snap and finding my pay stubs and tax forms is no problem at all.

So far, I've liked everything about it. The only annoying thing is that sometimes the clock in and out feature doesn't save my time so I have to go back and add it again.

What I like is that there's an app. I'm always on the go and now all our HR stuff is taken care of by Rippling. I can apply for leave, check my vacation hours and it holds all my pay stubs. The app is fantastic because it lets me do everything from my phone. I love using it. All the features work together really well. I use it all the time and it's very easy. I had a small issue with the app once, so I contacted customer support and they were wonderful.

Cons

Nothing so far. I'll definitely come back and let you know if I find anything I don't like.

Adding other app integrations just makes it even better. All in all, It takes complex processes and makes them easy which is why it's a must-have tool for growing businesses.

Honestly, I am happy! It makes HR, IT and payroll run incredibly fast and efficiently. The way everything works together, plus the automation and simple interface, makes everything easy. I never had to struggle to figure things out. It totally fit my business needs. If I'm being super picky, it took a little time to learn all the features but after that, it was simple. All in all, it definitely exceeded my expectations.

It keeps me in the loop about my pay. It's not just about getting a notification on payday as I can see my upcoming paycheck amount days in advance.

It is extremely user friendly for me to update and review my time, pay and benefits. I also use it as a Benefits Admin for my broker services with clients. Their Benefits Admin portal is also very easy to use and I really appreciate the reporting & it helps me review records for accuracy. For my analytical duties, the reporting helps me look at data quickly and efficiently.

Cons

I use a few different benefits sites and compared to the others this tool has the least amount of problems. It's definitely one of the best for handling my own benefits and my clients'.

I gave it a 9 out of 10 because it offers an excellent user experience. The way it handles payroll and HR stuff is so streamlined. For example, combining payroll with benefits has saved our team a ton of time and cut down on mistakes. The only thing is, I wish the reporting tools were a bit more customizable to fit our specific needs. If they improved that, I'd happily give it a 10. Overall it's a fantastic platform and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

It can get a little frustrating that I can't customize the reports more. The standard ones are okay for most things, but sometimes I need to see specific stuff for my company and it's tough. Also the mobile app works but it's not as easy to use as the desktop site. If they fixed those two things, it'd be perfect. But even with those issues, the main parts of Rippling are still really strong.

It has a ton of features, HR, Payroll, Compliance stuff. The interface is simple. It just gets your stuff DONE. What more could I ask for?

Cons

Rippling is great overall but I've had a couple of slow responses from their support team.
