Pros

It's easy to find my paychecks, expenses and hours on Rippling. Even though it has everything I need, it still looks simple and sleek. I think the icons are great!

No complaints! It's been really smooth for the over one year I've been using it.

“powerhouse for global teams

What I really like is the customer support I get whenever I run into errors. The platform itself is very user-friendly and it's amazing how well it works for so many different things. I'm a big fan of all the features in the Multi-Country Payroll Software and the local payroll. Onboarding new people is great too, especially with how it connects with Google Suite and DocuSign. The IT Suite also gives me some really good options for managing devices and identities. I find myself using it all the time because there's just so much it can do.

Cons

Setting up the payroll was kind of a complex process which I didn't love but the customer support was great and helped me solve it. One thing I really need is a way to offer equity to my global contractors but that option isn't available in Rippling unless you use their EOR service.

Pros

I find it really easy to get around and their support team is great whenever I run into any problems.

Cons

There are some things you can't change after you submit them. I really wish I could go back and delete certain actions.

This is a convenient and efficient app. It's easy for us employees to use and it connects really well with our other applications.

I have not run into any issues that were hard to figure out.
