My favorite thing about this tool is how it smushes HR, IT and payroll into one simple platform. The interface is clean and makes things like onboarding and signing up for benefits really smooth. Plus, so much is automated, sending offer letters, setting up logins, payroll stuff & it saves a ton of time and we make way fewer mistakes.
Cons
Rippling is super powerful but it did take me a little while to get the hang of it. Some of the more advanced settings aren't obvious at first, especially if you're new to this kind of software. I've also had a few times where I had to check the help docs or contact support to figure something out. The good news is, their support team is pretty helpful when you get a hold of them.

We use this one platform to manage almost 300 people across 2 companies in 3 different countries (US, Canada, UK). We handle everything from hiring to offboarding, benefits, 401k, global pensions. It does it all.
Cons
Wish filtering job applications in the ATS was easier. There are ways to make it work but it's not as smooth as I'd like. That said, it's still a better system than others I've used and I love that it's connected to everything else.

the interface is so clean. I never get lost in it. The best part is when you put in for time off, it literally shows you how much PTO you'll have by then and what you'll have left. No guesswork!
Cons
Signing into the app is kind of awkward. It pops open a browser, then I have to switch to my authentication app, switch back and it always looks like it didn't work for a second before it refreshes. I'd love to just use Face ID or something easier.

I think the implementation process itself could be improved. A lot of companies are using a generic help-based setup now but for a new client, it takes away from the customized feel of what could be a really flexible system in the beginning.
