The look is clean and simple and the UI/UX is stellar. It integrated well with our other tools and moving our data over from our old system was easy. Customer support was also really good.

I can't cancel items in the PTO application. It might be a permission setting but whatever it is, it's very annoying.

It is so user-friendly and easy for new team members to learn. The support team is extremely knowledgeable and quick to respond and the online chat has been a lifesaver. I use it daily and it's streamlined all our HR, benefits, payroll and company spending. We even integrated it with our Sage Intacct system without any problems which is great for our accounting.

It can get a bit pricey each month, depending on how many features you add.

The tool set is fantastic because it lets our staff access everything remotely. They can update timesheets, request time off, and report sick days right from their phones. It's also been amazing for HR training like for equal opportunities and safety. It tracks who's completed it and gives management a clear view of who still needs to do it.

Cons

I'd love a better way to log medical leave for half-days. Like, if an employee is on light duties and only works half-days for a whole month, I wish I could make one record instead of thirty separate ones.

My favorite thing about this tool is how it smushes HR, IT and payroll into one simple platform. The interface is clean and makes things like onboarding and signing up for benefits really smooth. Plus, so much is automated, sending offer letters, setting up logins, payroll stuff & it saves a ton of time and we make way fewer mistakes.

Rippling is super powerful but it did take me a little while to get the hang of it. Some of the more advanced settings aren't obvious at first, especially if you're new to this kind of software. I've also had a few times where I had to check the help docs or contact support to figure something out. The good news is, their support team is pretty helpful when you get a hold of them.

We use this one platform to manage almost 300 people across 2 companies in 3 different countries (US, Canada, UK). We handle everything from hiring to offboarding, benefits, 401k, global pensions. It does it all.

Wish filtering job applications in the ATS was easier. There are ways to make it work but it's not as smooth as I'd like. That said, it's still a better system than others I've used and I love that it's connected to everything else.

Was easy to set up. The dashboard layout is great. And the reports are awesome, I use them all the time.

Okay, so I'm seriously impressed with Rippling. Everything is fast and all in one place which makes my life way easier. Onboarding new hires is stupid simple and handing them off to managers is smooth. It just saves so much time and headache with HR stuff. Overall it's a platform that actually works like it's supposed to.

Cons

If I had to pick one downside, some of the more advanced features take a while to fully understand. There's a bit of a learning curve for the automation stuff but it works great once you get the hang of it.

I really liked the little tutorial it gave when I first started. It showed me all the features and made me feel like I knew what I was doing right away.

I can never find a way to redo the tutorial when I get stuck but I always manage to figure it out in the end!
