From my experience, it is well designed and honestly very easy to use.

Cons

I'd love better follow-up for onboarding. Notifications with a progress bar would help me see if I've provided all the needed info. It would also be great to get clearer instructions on how to find and use all the resources available to me as a new employee.

“Outstanding & feature-rich

Pros

I use it as an employee and my experience has been great. The interface is really user friendly and it's packed with features. I love the AI stuff and submitting expenses is smooth as butter. Plus, the mobile app works just as well as the desktop version.

Cons

My screen froze one time when I was using the mobile app but it was an easy fix & I just closed the app and restarted it.

Pros

At my old job, we had to log into a different portal for every little task. Now, having it all in one app saves me a ton of time on internal processes that used to be much slower.

Cons

I'd really appreciate it if my pay stub had a more detailed breakdown of the deductions. There were some items I genuinely didn't understand. It feels like a one-size-fits-all template for every country. It should be tailored to the user's specific country because right now, it's confusing for me.

“Interactive and useful design

Pros

I find Rippling to be very easy and it has a genuinely user-friendly interface that just works.

Cons

No complaints from me, aside from the system going down once in a while. But that's to be expected and it's been very rare in the year I've been using it.

The big ones for me are payroll and core HR. The ease of use is a major plus and I've had really good experiences with customer support.

the dashboard has a clean UI and the layout is so interactive. I can always find what I need with ease, which is a huge relief.

So far, I have not run into many problems with Rippling. My only small complaint is that it can be a little tricky to find direct links to my benefits dashboards. It would be helpful to have SSO links or deeplinks right there.

“much quicker than old systems

Pros

For me, it's just that everything is very, very simple. I use it a ton from an employee perspective and I can confirm that everything can be done much more quickly than with previous systems I've used, like ADP and Insperity.

Cons

The receipt reader is just okay, it's nothing special. But honestly that's the worst thing I can think of.

My favorite part is definitely the user-friendly platform that has all the apps I need right there.

I haven't had any issues using the Rippling apps so far.

It makes the boring, tedious tasks easy and fast. Whether I'm requesting money from the company or checking my benefits, it's all right there in one dashboard.

I wish my dashboard was even simpler. It would be great if it hid features and dashboards that don't apply to my role.

The interface is easy to use and everything is written in plain English, no confusing jargon.

The two-factor authentication could use an authenticator app, like Google Authenticator, instead of the current method.

I'm a big fan of how easy it is to use and how it has every piece of information I could need.

I used to use the Ramp card and handling expenses was way easier. I could just text a picture of a receipt and get a notification to add the details. I didn't have to set aside separate time to log into a platform and input everything.

Rippling is great. I've used a bunch of HR systems but none of them have everything together in one spot like this. The app feels modern and I can find anything I need in seconds.

Nothing! Well, maybe you could change the company color in the app from yellow to green.

Sometimes the display for my requested time off is hard to use. I wish it would automatically sort itself by the date my time off starts, not by the date I requested it.

The best part is having absolutely everything I need for work in one single spot. I don't have to waste time jumping between ten different apps or websites anymore, it's all just right there and super easy to access.

Cons

I get why we have two-factor authentication but it does get annoying. It doesn't always remember my computer so I have to get a code sent to me again.

It doesn't seem to work very well when our team uses a mix of Mac/Apple and PC/Android devices.

It's so easy to find what you need. Seriously, after dealing with clunky systems like SAP or Oracle that feel like they're built in another language, it is a breath of fresh air.

I'd love it if I could fill out an expense report in something like Excel and just upload it. Doing everything in the web browser can feel slow, waiting for things to load. The interface itself is easy to understand, though!

Super easy and interactive to use. Uploading receipts is also very smooth and it's simple to find, download or print what I need.

I've to remember to log on using my work email and not my personal email which is what I used when I first set everything up.
