“New standard for employee tools

Pros

As a software engineer, I love that it puts HR, IT and money stuff all together. I don't have to jump between a bunch of different systems anymore. Everything, my pay stubs, benefits, time off even company rules is right there on one dashboard. The coolest thing? When I needed a new software license, it handled the approval and set it all up in, like minutes. Not days. Minutes.

Cons

In all honesty, it has set a new standard for me. It's so good that I actually struggle to find any real criticisms.

The app is super interactive, they have all the tools you need and support is actually helpful. We got it set up in no time. I'm on this thing every day!

Cons

The only thing I might complain about is that the payment deposit sometimes takes a full business day. On the bright side, it arrives via PIX which makes it fast once it's sent.

“Clean design, smart PTO tracking

Pros

the interface is so clean. I never get lost in it. The best part is when you put in for time off, it literally shows you how much PTO you'll have by then and what you'll have left. No guesswork!

Cons

Signing into the app is kind of awkward. It pops open a browser, then I have to switch to my authentication app, switch back and it always looks like it didn't work for a second before it refreshes. I'd love to just use Face ID or something easier.

It's just so easy to use. Like, everything is right where you'd expect it to be. No complaints here.

Cons

I don't have many negatives because it's been a really positive experience for me.

Having everything in one space from expenses to benefits, makes it so easy for me to get my tasks done for the company. Setting it up was really easy and I use it every single day. The number of features is just right.

Cons

Haven't had any problems getting it set up and the customer support is great, especially with how much I use it. All the integrations work really smoothly.

It's so easy to access and find your way around. You don't need an instruction manual to figure it out.

I do not like that I can't enter HSA receipts from the app becuase I always have to log in on my computer to do it.

Puts all my info and HR tools in one spot. I grab my pay stub there, request time off there, check my benefits, look at the org chart... everything.

It didn't send me an email when my manager approved my time off request.

I really like the visual cues and how things are categorized, it makes the important stuff stand out. It's been a huge help for bringing a bunch of our separate functions together.

Some of the reporting features could be easier to figure out.

It is this all-in-one platform that handles HR, IT and finance stuff. Its biggest win is automation and you can onboard people, run payroll, manage benefits and even handle devices all from one place. The interface is clean and easy to use and it connects with tons of other apps. For a growing company, it saves a ton of time. Just a heads up, it can be a bit pricey and there's a learning curve for the really advanced stuff. But overall, it's a powerful tool if you want to bring everything together and scale up.

It's just really easy to use and user-friendly. Has a good amount of features too. I'm on it daily and it's got all the company info I need.

As someone in HR, I'm absolutely loving what I can do with Rippling. I can use all sorts of profile details to set up smart rules and filters for reports, reviews. We just finished the setup a month ago and I've already simplified so many detailed processes with just some basic rules. Our account team actually listens to us and is helping us get even more out of the platform as our team grows super fast. I'm not worried about scaling at all with it. Really excited to see how much more I can automate in the next few months!

Cons

I think the implementation process itself could be improved. A lot of companies are using a generic help-based setup now but for a new client, it takes away from the customized feel of what could be a really flexible system in the beginning.

The interface is really friendly and it was no trouble at all to put in my banking info.

This is awesome having one place for my FSA and expense reimbursements. The app is simple to use and the website isn't confusing or anything and it doesn't lead you down any weird, complicated paths.

This probably isn't possible but I wish I could combine my FSA card and my expense card into one. That way, I'd only need to carry one card instead of two.

The platform is super user-friendly, especially going from a future employee to a new hire. Switching over from my personal email to my work email was completely easy.

I don't have any dislikes so far. Honestly, I just wish I could have used this at my previous companies.

Submitting an expense report in Rippling is actually... easy? It's streamlined and fast. My last job used a different system that was the worst. Here, I love that I can just upload a pic of my receipt and it automatically figures out the totals and categories everything. So well done

Cons

Can't think of any issues. The app is easy to use and just makes sense.

Pros

All the business tools just work together so smoothly. Having HR, IT and Payroll all on one platform is a game-changer. No more logging into five different systems and getting help is way easier now that everything's centralized.

Cons

I don't find it to be as competitive as other specialized tools out there. It feels like a "jack of all trades, master of none." The system can be unreliable sometimes and new updates occasionally break our access to critical systems we need for work.

The notifications and the color-coding are my favorite part. It's really catchy and makes it very easy to see what's going on at a glance.
