“feature-rich first impression

Pros

Number of features blew me away, payroll, benefits, time tracking. And for a first-timer, it was way easier to set up than I thought. My favorite thing is the notification bell and I never miss a task or a training deadline now. The whole onboarding was so fast and smooth, I knocked out all my tasks in no time.

Cons

I have no real complaints right now. My only wish is that the customer support could be a little better.

Pros

The navigation is top-tier. You can just bounce around to different sections so easily. Never get lost.

Cons

There is nothing I don't like. Everything is just super, super easy. I love it.

It is just easy. We got it set up in no time, it has all the features we need and it plays nice with our other tools. Customer support has been awsome too. It's become a must-have for our daily workflow.

For a new user like me, it can take a little while to fully understand everything it can do but it's really useful once you get the hang of it!

The amount of integrations is crazy and the interface is easy to use. They really thought of everything.

Every time I want to add a new feature, I have to talk to sales. I wish they would just show me the price and let me add it myself. It would save me a lot of time and headache.

Nothing of note so far. I've only been using the software for about 4 weeks now and nothing bad has stood out to me yet.

I'm a big fan of how easy it is to use Rippling. Plus, it sends you those email notifications for tasks you gotta do which is a lifesaver for remembering stuff.

Haha I have more likes than dislikes but I would say I'd like an easier way to find my insurance files.

Love that everything is integrated. I can check my paystub, request PTO, get tax docs... all of it. And it's all so simple to use. Huge win.

It handles all my day-to-day stuff quickly and efficiently. It slid right into the software we already use so it was really easy to get going in my company. I get notifications for all my onboarding tasks which makes it way easier to keep track of what I need to do.

It doesn't really lack anything specific so there's not much to dislike. I just wish it had a few more features and a better support system, maybe by adding a chatbot.

“My essential work tracker

Pros

The most helpful thing for me about this software is being able to check all the hours I've worked and track down my previous hours. I also like seeing my schedule. I think it has a lot of potential and uses for a large group of workers.

Cons

The one thing I'd change is that it can be a little hard to adjust my work hours sometimes. It's not a huge deal but I wish it was easier to edit them.

“excellent spend management feature

Pros

I find it very user-friendly. I actually like the constant updates that remind me about tasks or other things I need to finish. My favorite part is the Spend Management feature for my expense reports & it's so convenient! All I have to do is respond to text messages with a memo about my purchase.

Cons

Haven't run into anything I specifically dislike yet. I'm only a few months in and so far, everything is working out just fine for me.

Appreciate how easy it is to find my way around the platform and find what I'm looking for.

Cons

Sometimes the third-party apps don't connect well with it. When that happens, I just refresh the page or close my browser and that usually does the trick.

Pros

The interface is the best thing it has to offer. The payments are fast, I use it all the time and the customer support is really good. For getting everything set up, it's the best platform. The integration... wow. There are so many features too.

Cons

You have to log in every time you use a new device.

My CFO suggested we switch to it to handle all our credit card and general expenses in one place and I've been impressed with how easy the system is to use.

I wish there were some AI or automated processes to help me categorize and enter my monthly recurring expenses more easily.

The user interface is very clean, understandable and easy to take in. I love that when I'm submitting receipts, it fills in the total for me automatically. Switching from our old platform to Rippling was almost too easy. My team uses it every single day.

Cons

The totals for my vacation hours took a bit to load which made it hard to put in my time-off request.

Pros

I like the easy access. I can use it on my phone or my desktop to handle things like payment tracking and filing for PTO.

Cons

No dislikes. Everything seems to be working as expected and it's pretty easy to use.
