Next Steps with Rydoo

Pros

The app is incredibly user-friendly. If you can navigate an app, transitioning to this software is a breeze. The travel features are a significant improvement. Since receipts are stored in the cloud, generating reports for tax or audit purposes is quick and provides ample evidence.

Cons

File maintenance is cumbersome for users with accounting and controller privileges. While support is available, ideally, users should be able to manage it themselves.

Product has issues, customer support is the WORST I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED

Pros

It would be great if it synced with accounting software, but unfortunately, it doesn't. If you don't mind wasting time, Rydoo might not be the best choice. It was more effective back when it was Xpenditure.

Cons

Customer support doesn't respond to emails unless you send them numerous follow-ups. The system often fails, and their replies, when they do come, aren't helpful at all.

Excellent Application.

Pros

Rydoo is an amazing application, it helps you maintain all the data with your partners and keeps that kind of transparency for us. The app is simply amazing, and we all are completely satisfied by it. It doesn’t have much errors. The interface is quite up to date, according to the modern-day era. It is easy to just video call any of your partners or companies and communicate through it as well.

Cons

Sometimes the signal gets distorted, and the call kind of hangs for a moment due to signal issues. I know that this is a minor issue, but it would be great if they worked for it and tried solving this signal problem.

Pros

It used to function flawlessly, effortlessly handling email uploads and camera shots, making expense reporting a breeze. At one point, my entire sales team relied on it. However, over the past six months, it's seen a significant decline. As a result, our company is likely transitioning to Concur.

Cons

It stopped uploading emailed receipts. Camera uploads are sluggish and often duplicate. The software frequently takes the pre-tip amount, making it less useful. You must verify every receipt to ensure it uploads correctly.

this works great to keep track of expenses

Pros

I like the simplicity of snapping a photo and automatically recording receipts. No more worries about saving receipts in envelopes or pockets and risking losing them.

Cons

Occasionally, it fails to automatically read the receipt. Additionally, if the photo is taken in low light, it doesn't recognize it. It often mistakes the first line for the business name, which isn't always correct.

Great expensing software

Pros

The system has a user-friendly interface. It is simple and easy to use. Creating expenses is not a problem with this software, you can do it in many different ways. It is a very clean expensing tool, not much confusing or clunky at all. It auto populates the fields as well according to the receipts.

Cons

Whenever I edit a submitted expense, there is always this extra step that I have to go through as the save and submit option doesn’t work at that time. I always have to first click the save button and then the submit button. I don’t think there is a need of this extra step, they could shorten this process.

I like Rydoo's intuitive interface, which makes it simple to use. I like the various ways to create expenses, and how Rydoo automatically populates fields based on receipts. It's intuitive and provides clear visibility into pending amounts.

Cons

At times, when I need to make changes to a submitted expense, I have to click "Save" first and then "Submit" instead of having the option to click the "Save and Submit" button directly. I'm not sure why this additional step is required on certain occasions.

Great option to keep expenses at bay

Pros

Rydoo is my first experience with an expense manager, and I'm thoroughly impressed with its capabilities. The app's automatic data recognition is particularly noteworthy.

Cons

It's not much of a downside since I'm still getting familiar with the app, but I feel that the mobile application could be improved. There are instances where certain information doesn't sync properly between the desktop and mobile versions.

It offers great value, being significantly cheaper than alternatives, and is easy to navigate. Even colleagues less comfortable with technology have adapted to it.

Cons

The wait time for forgotten password notifications to be approved could be reduced. It would be beneficial to have integration with banks to streamline payments, as well as with accounting packages for better efficiency.
