“It does what its supposed to
Pros
Once granted access, locating where to upload receipts is simple with this software. It's quite reliable.
Cons
I often feel like the design comes first, and then they add functionalities afterwards. It looks sleek, but lacks depth in features. To find what you need, you really have to click around quite a bit.

“Rydoo Review
Pros
The app functions very effectively and expedites expense submissions. It provides a clear overview of expenses to be submitted.
Cons
Many images aren't supported when submitting expenses. Sections like Transactions seem untouched. Is this for business cards? It would be helpful to automatically reject expenses that exceed the company's budget.

“Great for startups
Pros
Setting up and deploying it with the team's assistance is simple. It's also economical and fits well within startup budgets.
Cons
It's a simpler solution compared to Concur, so the integrations with accounting tools are more basic.

“Easy and feature rich for a user
Pros
I use Rydoo daily for managing my expenses. Having used other software in previous roles, I find Rydoo much simpler and it doesn't clutter the user interface. I like the consistent experience between the mobile app and the web interface.
Cons
My only issue is that if I don't wait for the expense to confirm creation after saving, I lose the uploaded receipt.

“Traveling and spending on a regular basis couldn't be easier with it
Pros
I'm impressed by the tool's simplicity and the helpfulness of the support team. It's easy to input information and get reimbursed for expenses. Managing new and existing expenses is simple, and I find it amazing how it automatically records the value of items.
Cons
There are limited possibilities available. The software seems to have a minimal feature set. For instance, you can't view the conversion rate compared to your primary currency. Sometimes, we have to make too many adjustments during scanning; it would be better if it could intelligently fill in the data automatically.

“Easy to Use
Pros
I use this software occasionally to submit receipts for reimbursement. While I'm not as experienced with it as I'd like to be, overall, it's user-friendly and gets the job done.
Cons
I wish it was easier to use. Uploading receipts seems handy, but I keep getting flagged for missing receipts, so I have to redo my submission every time.

“Not really satisfied
Pros
Scanning receipts is a breeze. It's simple to use for any user.
Cons
There's no easy way to update credit card statements. Every month when we try, two of our statements fail to update correctly, and it's random which ones. Now, I'll have to do it manually. Rydoo, you're good at making promises, but then it becomes my problem. I've been patient, but I'm considering switching to something easier or at least cheaper next year.

“Helpful but quirky
Pros
I really like that the software extracts information from the receipts I upload, reducing the amount of data entry I have to do myself.
Cons
The app doesn't sync well with the web portal, and adding a different payment method is quite tricky.

“Easiest expence reporting ever
Pros
Submitting expenses to the system is really quick and easy. The approval process is transparent, and I can always check the status of each receipt.
Cons
I can't think of anything I don't like. As a user, I can't evaluate the tool from an administrative point of view, but it seems fairly simple to use.

“Rydoo Review
Pros
Rydoo is another travel and expense management app we're testing in our office. Overall, the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate.
Cons
The auto receipt capture can sometimes be a bit finicky and doesn't always read all the relevant data, though this doesn't happen too often.

“Rydoo
Pros
It's a basic tool for managing expenses, not overly complex but also simple to use. It meets basic needs effectively.
Cons
It lacks many features compared to more robust software options. The customer support is subpar overall and not very helpful.

“Customer Service is Important for a product like this -- Rydoo Doesn't Offer That.
Pros
The ease of sending receipts to my email was convenient, but Receipt Bank offered that plus excellent customer service.
Cons
Their payment structure is terrible. I tried to downgrade to pay less per month by adjusting users/permissions, but they wouldn't allow it. They charged me for a full year and refused a refund, even though it was the day I was charged on my VISA. After canceling, I couldn't access my exports. The customer service is absolutely dreadful; I've waited weeks for answers to simple questions.

“Caution for fraudulent cancellation policy
Pros
I used Rydoo and its predecessor, Xpenditure, for a while to handle company receipts. Unfortunately, it never worked well for me, and I eventually switched to another system. The cancellation process was particularly challenging, which I believe reflects Rydoo's company practices.
Cons
What made the experience exceptionally bad was their cancellation process, which easily tricks you into putting the account into "read-only" mode instead of deleting it entirely. Despite getting a confirmation on the screen, they don't send an email confirmation and charge extra for the "read-only" mode, which isn't mentioned in the contract or terms and conditions. Neither their customer service nor the management wanted to address my complaints, and the customer service representative was impolite in their communications. This forced me to dispute the charge with my credit card company, and I feel compelled to write this review to warn others.

“Rydoo - amazing tool
Pros
Rydoo is excellent for managing expenses. It's user-friendly and easy to learn. As we've tested it over the past few months, we've discovered many useful features: uploading invoices, creating user-manager relationships, setting up approval workflows, etc. We're very satisfied and considering rolling it out across all our offices.
Cons
It's hard to find faults with the software at this early stage of use. So far, everything seems smooth.

“Gets the job done
Pros
I love that I can snap a picture of my receipt and immediately submit my reimbursement request from my phone. It's great to report expenses right away, eliminating the need to keep receipts until returning to the office.
Cons
The mobile app is frustrating. It takes ages to load, and once it does, the screen freezes while typing, making me type one letter at a time and wait. It may not sound so bad, but waiting for every letter to appear in the comment box can be infuriating.

“Was ok, but got worse
Pros
We used Rydoo back when it was Zenefits. It was mediocre then, but after rebranding to Rydoo, it became more complicated and less accurate, leading us to switch to another program.
Cons
It was challenging for both staff and administration to operate.

“Wonder expense reporting tool
Pros
This app is fantastic for managing expenses and reporting for my small business. The standout feature is Rydoo's customer service. Additionally, I like how recurring expenses can integrate seamlessly into my to-do list, ensuring they're handled even when I'm busy or unable to access the app.
Cons
It's difficult to find any flaws in this nearly perfect product, but if I had to pick one downside, I'd say the mobile app has limited functionality.

“great software to keep track of your expenses
Pros
It's a great app for tracking expenses and transactions. With calculations handled by the software, the risk of errors is minimized. I highly recommend this software without hesitation, especially the mobile application version.
Cons
Sometimes changes made on the app don't synchronize with the desktop. It also becomes sluggish at times. Overall, it's a great software.

“Manage travel and expense with just a few clicks.
Pros
It took us 2 years to completely integrate the system at our Organization, as we had a few employees who were smartphone challenged. We totally love the application, it is amazing. It is easy to use, and is very simple as well, no complications at all. The travel upgrade is a plus. It is easy and quick to run reports for audit or tax purposes, as the system is on cloud.
Cons
Maintaining files is kind of tricky for those who have been given access to the accounting and controller part of the application. It is possible to get help by contacting support but it’s better that one should know it and be able to do it on their own.
