“Poorly managed and maintained system
Pros
I don't have many positive things to say about this software. There's not much that sets it apart from other expense software options. The app is adequate when it updates.
Cons
The software doesn't sync VAT to the accounting software, which means having to process everything twice. It's not worth the money spent. The development and customer service teams have been unable to find a satisfactory solution.

“Frustrating at best.
Pros
The interface is decent, but I wish I could highlight more positive aspects.
Cons
The back office interface is extremely poor. It lacks efficiency for companies with multiple entities in different countries, various clients, and different client projects. The Exact Online interface is undeniably the most poorly developed interface out there. The development team and QA department have completely messed up in this regard.
