Poorly managed and maintained system

Pros

I don't have many positive things to say about this software. There's not much that sets it apart from other expense software options. The app is adequate when it updates.

Cons

The software doesn't sync VAT to the accounting software, which means having to process everything twice. It's not worth the money spent. The development and customer service teams have been unable to find a satisfactory solution.

Frustrating at best.

Pros

The interface is decent, but I wish I could highlight more positive aspects.

Cons

The back office interface is extremely poor. It lacks efficiency for companies with multiple entities in different countries, various clients, and different client projects. The Exact Online interface is undeniably the most poorly developed interface out there. The development team and QA department have completely messed up in this regard.

Great Customer service

Pros

It offers intuitive navigation, and I like the extensive customization options. The reporting features offer multiple choices and integrate well with Quickbooks.

Cons

The mobile app experiences occasional glitches, leading to the need for re-downloading. It would be preferable to have a simpler way to attach multiple pages for a receipt.

Great Expense Monitoring

Pros

There are several aspects of Xpenditure that I like. The customer service is excellent, the expense tracking is simple, and our sales team can now submit receipts promptly from any location. The cost savings alone justify using this software.

Cons

The system is fast and flexible, providing a clear overview. The instructions on how to proceed are well-explained. It's efficient in terms of loading expense notes into the system promptly.
