“Brillian and basically idiot proof

Pros

I am tech-challenged and self-employed a terrible combination. This program makes it incredibly easy to track receipts right down to the exact tax category. No more hours spent digging through receipts (often in an ACTUAL shoebox). Even if this isn't your primary method of receipt tracking, anyone who needs to track receipts would be wise to keep this on their phone!

Cons

I wish I could prevent it from categorizing my manicure receipts as tax deductible. Though amusing, that wouldn't fly!

Pros

This software does an excellent job of scanning and managing receipts. It also does a great job of expense tracking.

Cons

It's a neat concept, but it's expensive and somewhat restrictive. It excels with receipts and business cards, but it's not suitable for tracking and scanning anything else.

Pros

I was able to call and ask questions what a concept! I sent them a box of receipts, and they categorized them within a week. All I needed to do was organize the information the way my accountant needed it. This is priceless!

Cons

The free plan doesn't make sense to me at all. Even after their explanation, it doesn't seem like good business sense. It's better to sign up for a plan that fits your needs and get on with life.
