For international users, dealing with U.S.-based billing and currency support can be challenging. My experience with Shoeboxed hasn't been customer-oriented. I signed up for a month-to-month professional plan in Oct 2022. I was unexpectedly hit with a $104.80 overage fee on top of the $47.00 monthly charge. The website doesn't clearly state that the month-to-month plan incurs overage fees for exceeding the monthly limit. Despite not using the service in Nov 2022, I was still charged $47, and there's no rollover of unused credits. I requested a refund but was denied. Additionally, they quoted $59 per month for the month-to-month plan, while their website advertised $47 per month, leading to confusion and a sense of deceptive pricing practices.
