Using this system is incredibly easy, from the initial input of data to the final payment process. The interface is intuitive, making each step seamless and easy to follow. I find it to be the simplest and most efficient way to handle these tasks, ensuring that everything flows smoothly without any complications.

Pros
I found the implementation easy, both from a user perspective and the technical integration into Great Plains. Working with SutiExpense, we were able to get the product up and running in no time. They implemented the various tax processing we needed for Canada, which other providers couldn't do easily. The pricing model was flexible and worked well for us, enabling us to keep costs down.
Cons
I may still be in the honeymoon process, but to date, I have not found any real cons. I had some minor hiccups with the implementation, but support from the vendor was very good and helped me work through the issues. Some issues with the approval process, but most of these were due to staff not being fully trained.

Cons

Pros
Suti is quite a remarkable tool, and in my opinion, it holds significant potential for growth and improvement in various areas.
Cons
I wish there was a feature to copy previous Suti Requests for editing and resubmitting. Our organization submits monthly check requests, so most of the information is the same. However, unless I'm unaware of a way to edit previous submissions (which is likely), we have to start from scratch each time, which takes more time. Also, unless I don't know how to do this correctly (again, entirely possible), Suti doesn't seem to automatically populate or produce a pop-up with common and repeated data. For instance, when typing an address, it doesn't auto-fill previously used addresses, so we have to re-enter the same info each month. Also, if I enter info in the Address dialog box at the bottom of one screen, save the Suti Request, and exit, the address often gets deleted or isn't complete when I return.

Pros
I have the ability to add to my expenses on the go. I can save receipts as PDFs and attach them effortlessly. It's very convenient to go back and add or fix entries. I can also attach multiple documents to a single expense entry. Identifying the stage of the expense, whether submitted or paid, is very straightforward. The best part is that I can manage all of this from my smartphone. The new software version is highly impressive and much easier to navigate. The new dashboard provides me with all the information I need, including details about the types of purchases I'm making. It's truly amazing!
Cons
Early on, the entry would freeze (fixed now). The older software wasn't as simple to navigate, but the upgrade is perfect. I wish I could just enter a dollar amount of a receipt somewhere, and it would bring up other transactions that match that expenditure to identify if I'm duplicating an earlier entry. It would be easier than the current process for verifying expenses.
