Pros
To claim expenditures, I appreciate the mobile app's fill feature. There are no hassles, and it is straightforward. When I produce my reports, I like that I can use both the app-submitted and emailed receipts. As a result, I no longer wait until the end of each month to submit my expense reports, unlike before when I used to submit them on paper.
Cons
When I try to use two windows to split my computer screen, the webpage acts erratically. On my iPad, I've also had trouble keeping the app in the horizontal position, making it impossible to type on the keyboard.

Cons
Sometimes the date changed after I took a picture of the receipt. I had to go back and correct the date. I think they may have fixed this as it hasn't happened in a long time.

I like the quick calculations and the options for multiple locations in one day.
Cons
When I choose a destination, sometimes the GPS takes me 340 miles away instead of 16. Sometimes I have to put in a nearby address because the software doesn't recognize the address. Also, sometimes the route back isn't the one I actually took.

The 'app' version is surprisingly easy to use and convenient. I generally use it for creating new reports and submitting manual receipts for reimbursement. I also appreciate the ability to send receipts via email and use both the app-submitted and emailed receipts when I create my reports. I now do reports immediately when expenses occur rather than accumulating them like I used to when submitting on paper.
Cons
Managing the images is a little awkward sometimes, particularly if I need to 'call out' two different expense categories on a single receipt. I would like to have the ability to 'annotate' the images, circle things, make comments on the image. And I would like to be able to create my own 'categories' as long as I give a GL department and account. I submit a lot under 'misc' and it's hard to annotate where it should be charged.

My biggest issue is with the webpage going crazy whenever I try to split my computer screen with two windows. I have also experienced trouble with the app on my iPad not wanting to stay in the horizontal position, which makes it extremely difficult to use my keyboard.

Before using SutiExpense, we had to manually fill out Excel spreadsheets and submit them for reimbursement. SutiExpense made the process quick, easy, and fast! I used to dread doing expense reports, but no longer. The phone app is also great, allowing me to enter expenses on the spot instead of waiting to upload receipt images later.
Cons
My one pet peeve was with entering gas expenses. They were coupled with car rental and therefore required a pickup and drop-off date. I would have preferred it to be separate, requiring just a single entry for the date you purchased the gas. Entering lodging info was also a bit awkward, instead of check-in and check-out dates, it required check-in and then the number of days.

SutiExpense is a great tool to track my expenses. The fact that I can do it on the computer or through the app helps a lot. Sometimes it's hard to keep all receipts safe until I get home to do my expense report, but using the app helps a lot because I can upload right away using my mobile.
