“Amazing free accounting value”
Pros
Finding a free tier for just one user is practically unheard of now and I have really appreciated that. The free plan also includes a huge number of features which is surprising given the price. I'd definitely consider paying if I needed more customization or extra seats. Since it's cloud-based I can get to it from anywhere and there's even a mobile app I use when I am out and about.
Cons
Honestly I cannot point to any real downsides. I personally keep my use limited to basic accounting, mainly creating invoices and recording payments and for that it works flawlessly every time.

“Easy and beginner-friendly”
Pros
The software is very easy to use even with limited experience in accounting programs and it walks me through what each module does in a clear, easy and easy-to-understand manner.
Cons
As someone with experience using other accounting software, I find this platform too simplistic and basic for my needs.

Pros
For my one-person operation, this system is ideal, there's no feature overload, everything is snappy and lightweight. The bank account sync means I can effortlessly monitor and organize my finances without jumping through hoops.

“Love the mobile access”
Pros
What I love most is definitely the mobile app. Since I am constantly on the move, having the ability to log into my account from anywhere has been absolutely fantastic!!!
Cons
Within the mobile section I find it difficult to pull up my invoicing history. Also, I'd really like to be able to link my Wave account with my 10to8 tutoring platform.

“Exactly what my business needed”
Pros
Wave has everything I need to keep my business under control. It made those old fixed systems with steep learning curves feel obsolete. All I have to do is enter the data and Wave keeps it accessible any hour of the day, every day so I can make important decisions. I have even been able to connect some features with my Drive for extra convenience.
Cons
Even while I am on the trial, I'd really like an option to import spreadsheet data. A lot of entrepreneurs who are willing to switch carry a historical record in spreadsheets and I want to keep that past information intact when moving systems. Adding a easy import from common spreadsheet formats would make the transition much smoother for me.

“invoicing is good”
Pros
One of the things I find most valuable about Wave Accounting is how flexible the invoice templates are, that, combined with being able to get paid quickly and without fuss, makes a big difference and the business dashboard is generally easy to get around. For my use it's genuinely simple because I can monitor all expenses and keep customer details and invoices organized and accessible, even when I am out and about. Integration with the other business processes and tools I use was also really easy and painless, I was able to connect Wave with a few separate apps I rely on without much hassle.
Cons
As I mentioned, integrating Wave worked smoothly for my setup so there hasn't been an issue on that front for me. That said I do feel Wave is best suited for smaller operations for larger businesses with 10+ employees it could become more challenging because the software lacks some advanced features, like an audit trail. The other thing that bothers me is the limited customer support, having prompt one-on-one assistance is important and I think Wave could improve by offering more responsive, individualized help.

“Easy and efficient for billing”
Pros
I find the app really user-friendly and it consumes very little data when handling transactions, invoices and billings so I can work efficiently and without wasting resources.
Cons
One drawback I have noticed is the limited range of services which means people in several other countries cannot really use it, I'd like them to expand availability.

“this tool is budget friendly”
Pros
I am really fond of how budget-friendly Wave is and how simple it is to begin using it. There's also a mobile app which I find fantastic.
Cons
One thing I'd like to see is built-in automation features and the option to offer clients a more authentic experience for example by attaching contracts directly to invoices.

“Super easy and worth it”
Pros
I am finding it incredibly simple to use and it's free unless I choose to use their online payment processing personally I think it's worth it because it's only a small percentage fee, just like what other credit card companies charge and I can send customers invoices they can pay online quickly and effortlessly, this has made collecting invoice payments far easier for me.
Cons
Every so often the sync between my bank accounts and Wave falls a day or two behind and while that delay can be frustrating when I am reconciling things, it hasn't caused any major problems for me.

“Great free accounting option”
Pros
the biggest draw is that it's completely free and it actually uses a true double-entry accounting structure. I have found it ideal for very small businesses and for people who are just getting started and don't want to put money into pricier accounting packages yet.
Cons
Honestly I cannot think of many complaints, there really isn't much more I'd expect from a free accounting solution this capable.

“Super easy for freelancers”
Pros
Honestly I find Wave much simpler to use than PayPal. Its layout is really user-friendly for newcomers and I have noticed freelancers from a wide variety of niches pick it up quickly. Finding past transactions is simple, my clients genuinely like the experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wave Payments and Accounting.
Cons
Support could use some improvement based on my experience, every so often payments have taken a few days to clear.
