Wave's interface is user-friendly making it simple to use and allowing me to pull reports without hassle.

Cons

I have noticed that the Payments by Wave feature doesn't always correctly match each payment to its corresponding deposit which causes confusion.

using the app feels like a piece of cake, generating invoices happens really quickly and I like how the bank-sync feature reliably connects my bank account to the application automatically because that seamless connection helps me keep better track of and manage my money on a day-to-day basis.

Cons

I find myself having trouble getting to grips with it because the user interface doesn't feel as user-friendly as I'd prefer and that lack of clarity makes some tasks take longer than they should while I am trying to navigate the app.

It's an unlikely tool that's worth trying.

It connects to Plaid, includes a built-in payments processor that reconciles and uses an algorithm to match and merge transactions. I probably would have stayed if I hadn't found a better value option elsewhere.

The main reason I moved away was because they expected me to pay for a full account for every project or property I wanted to bring onboard. I needed clearer separation in reporting across my properties for real estate purposes and it became far too difficult to keep them distinct.

Wave is really easy to use for invoicing. I also like that I can edit or update invoices whenever necessary without hassle. Collecting payments from clients is simple too and it accepts all major credit cards.

Honestly everything else worked well for me bt the only change I'd make would be to revert to the old layout where copying a share link was much more easy. Now I have to dig through two menus just to grab the link which feels unnecessary and slows me down.
