user-friendly for associates and managers

Pros

This program feels genuinely user friendly for both associates and managers. As an associate, it's simple to pull up paystubs and review your pay rate, while managers can handle payroll right from the platform. HR also has the ability to upload key documents into a candidate's portal and include past work experience or certifications. Since so many organizations already use it, it comes across as solid value for the features you get. I haven't run into many bugs either and when I need help updating something in my personal profile, customer support has been really helpful and responsive.

Cons

If your internet connection isn't stable, the app can act a little glitchy. Also, certain updates from an associate side, like changing an address or phone number, have to be routed through administration so the update may not reflect immediately when you submit it.

easy goal tracking

Pros

Beyond time tracking and scheduling, it also lets associates enter their goals which makes the whole workflow feel more complete.

Cons

Nothing to call out right now in terms of improvement opportunities. More features keep getting added and they've been pretty helpful so far.

so good

Pros

Feels really simple to use and I like that it keeps HR and payroll in one place. Checking my pay information is quick and it's simple to pull up anything I need... especially when I'm looking for duplicate paycheck records.

Cons

Only real downside is that since everything is bundled together, it can be easy to get turned around at first. Once you learn where the key details live though, navigating becomes much smoother.

strong HR hub

Pros

Does an excellent job bringing HR tasks into a single system... payroll, benefits, time tracking org charts and more all stay in sync which cuts down a lot of manual work. The reporting is genuinely powerful once you get the hang of it and the security setup feels efficient which matters a ton when you're handling employee data. Also, the mobile app is really useful for quick approvals and entering time. For bigger organizations, it also helps enforce more consistent, standardized processes across the team.

Cons

Performance can feel slow and a bit dated at times particularly for people who are new to the platform. There's a noticeable learning curve and proper training takes real time. When it comes to custom reports and deeper configurations, you usually need specialist knowledge (or outside consultants) which can add extra cost. A few features seem overly complex for smaller teams and every so often updates introduce bugs that require support to resolve. If you don't end up using every module, the overall value for money can feel a little questionable.

everything hr in one place

Pros

I genuinely like that all the HR stuff is centralized in one place... payroll, time off, scheduling and reviews are all accessible from the same system. The interface looks clean and modern and the reporting tools are really strong once you get used to how they work.

Cons

Every now and then the app feels a bit sluggish especially when moving between pages or when running reports. A few menus aren't immediately adaptive at first and I've run into occasional minor bugs.

comprehensive HCM with AI

Pros

Covers a lot of ground and pulls HCM into one unified system. The AI capabilities feel genuinely strong and workforce planning is also a clear highlight.

Cons

Usability could be better, everything feels fairly non-adaptive. The platform is more complicated than it really needs to be and even simple tasks end up feeling unnecessarily hard.

Stellar support

Pros

I've used it for a long time and I honestly haven't run into any problems. I really enjoy being able to manage all my time off and access my pay stubs in one place. The app is simple to use and clocking in and out is quick whether I'm doing it on my phone or on a computer.

Cons

Can't say I've faced any real issues with it. If there's anything to mention, it can occasionally feel a bit sluggish but that happens with basically any app.

quite reliable

Pros

Customer support has been excellent, any bugs I ran into got fixed quickly. The interface looks appealing and feels user friendly, with an adaptive layout that's simple to navigate.

Cons

When applying for jobs, it's still pretty field-heavy, the applicant has to manually enter a lot of information that could potentially be auto-filled from their resume.

strong analytics

Pros

One of the biggest wins is that it brings a lot together in a single place. Instead of juggling separate tools for different HR tasks, it consolidates multiple HR processes into one platform which makes day to day management feel more organized. The reporting and analytics features are also very flexible and the insights they provide are genuinely useful. Because it's cloud-based, updates roll out in near real time and you can access everything from anywhere. Also, connecting it to other systems is usually pretty easy and efficient. It also holds up well as companies expand so it doesn't feel like a solution that quickly outgrows you.

Cons

Main downside is the pricing, smaller organizations may find it hard to justify the cost. There's also a pretty steep learning curve especially for admins who need to handle more complicated configuration work. Theres also an occasional lag or minor bugs i came across particularly after updates. Getting the most out of customization and advanced reporting often means additional training time. Lastly, implementation isn't quick, it can take a while and demands real resources to set up properly.

easy to navigate

Pros

This software has been really nice to use, moving around inside the system feels simple. I can quickly find my paychecks, review my compensation details, check my PTO balance and access tax forms without much hassle.

Cons

Updates seem to happen frequently but the app doesn't always communicate them ahead of time so the system can feel a bit slow during those moments.

outdated and slow.... UX needs revamp

Pros

Not much is working in its favor here. The interface feels far behind current design standards and it really needs a full refresh and a more modern overall revamp of the user experience.

Cons

The UX comes across as genuinely rough. Pages feel really slow and it also shows empty sections even when the reason is obvious, insufficient permissions. If you don't have access to something like peers' compensation details, it's confusing to display blank areas instead of handling permissions more thoughtfully.

So easy to handle

Pros

Feels really simple to use and navigate. Having everything in one place makes it much more convenient to handle HR tasks without jumping around between systems. The self-service options plus real-time updates also cut down on wasted time and make everyday workflows more efficient.

Cons

Some features can be a bit hard to locate particularly if you don't use them regularly. Some of the processes also come across as more complicated than necessary and the reporting side takes a little getting accustomed to.

All documents in one place

Pros

All the documents are stored in one spot and employee logs can quickly see everything they need to finish their tasks without the usual back-and-forth over questions. It keeps things moving.

Cons

For contract staff, having to change or create a new password every time gets a bit annoying for them. There's also a noticeable learning curve figuring out how the system works as an employee.

clean interface

Pros

I really enjoy its user interface. It makes payroll schedule submissions and career development reviews feel more organized and easier to manage. The overall layout works well for reporting and day to day HR management.

Cons

No dark mode option yet, everything stays pretty bright by default. It also needs more controls for employee collaboration, like letting staff co-create task lists with the right permissions.

integrated HCM with solid UI

Pros

Really stands out for how it brings several HR functions together in a single platform. The learning and training setup is especially useful since it links learning tools directly to employee profiles so it's much simpler to monitor certifications, training progress and overall professional development in one centralized system. The interface is also clean and adaptive and that shows in day to day navigation, both employees and administrators seem to find what they need without too much friction. The absence calendar is a highlight too because it gives a clear visual of time-off status making it easier for employees to submit leave requests while also letting managers quickly understand team availability. Overall, it feels like an integrated, user friendly HCM solution that helps organize HR processes and supports more effective workforce management.

Cons

Report generation is the one area that could be better. When the datasets get larger or the reports get more complex, it can take a while to generate results which slows things down when you need fast information for decisions or operational work. Another small frustration is report navigation, there are a lot of reports and options available so finding the exact one you need doesn't always happen instantly. A bit more focus on improving report discoverability and overall reporting speed would make the whole experience more efficient.

Made work easier

Pros

Love how you can quickly access multiple sides of employment in one place, payroll, learning, benefits and personal details are all easy to find and review.

Cons

At times the navigation isn't as adaptive as you'd expect and there can be a noticeable learning curve. Once you get the hang of it though, the tools end up being really useful.

all-in-one hr workflows

Pros

Having everything centralized is a big win for me, payroll and benefits are in the same system as performance reviews. It's also really handy that I can submit and write coworker reviews directly inside the platform instead of juggling different tools.

Cons

Sometimes, the interface feels a little stiff and overly corporate. When I need to grab a specific tax document, I end up clicking through too many sub menus which makes routine tasks slower than they should be.

Positive experience overall

Pros

This all-in-one platform was a big win for me. It brings HR, payroll and talent management into a single workflow and the dashboards provide real-time insights without feeling overly cluttered.

Cons

Its interface and feature set can feel a bit complex at first and you may need time to get comfortable with how everything is organized and where to find specific functions.

Interface is excellent

Pros

It has a really user friendly HR layout and it's practical for daily tasks like booking annual leave, submitting overtime requests after hours once the work is done, checking my benefits packages and keeping emergency contact details current. Overall it feels like the most comprehensive, detailed and simple HR system I've used personally and I'd recommend it without hesitation. It also seems like it would be fairly simple to administer too since navigating it is so smooth.

Cons

There isn't much I can genuinely criticize but the only area that feels like it falls short of "complete" usability is customization. For instance, there's no option to set my own theme or color-code key sections which could create accessibility issues. Adding that sort of customization would be a welcome improvement even though it's not a deal-breaker.

easy course management

Pros

I've been using it for a couple of things, onboarding, running both mandatory and complementary courses, plus surveys and evaluations. What stood out is how simple the tool feels to use and that simplicity makes the whole process less of a hassle.

Cons

Navigation could be more adaptive and every now and then it lags a bit. Still, the occasional slowdown hasn't been serious enough to ruin the experience.
