“works smoothly!”
Pros
We really enjoy how the pay stubs are laid out for quick viewing and the benefits section is just as simple. The app is simple to navigate overall and I haven't run into any bugs so far. It also seems to work reliably for my company's management team.
Cons
No issues to report right now, thank you for the product. If anything comes up later, I'll follow up. One wish would be for my company to have the option to grant access to the app

“Simple to use”
Pros
The best part for me is how it handles my personal work details in a really convenient way. I can quickly check my pay, benefits, time-off requests and even my performance reviews from a single place so I'm not jumping between different systems.
Cons
Something I'm less happy about is that a few features can feel a bit confusing especially when I need to upload certain personal information or submit more complex requests.

“workday makes time reporting easy”
Pros
So convenient to use through the app, I love it. Wrapping up and submitting my time at the end of the week is faster than what I used to do and it's helped keep payroll from getting delayed.
Cons
Occasionally, when I sign back into the app, I run into minor bugs or glitches, though it could also be related to my cell service rather than the app itself.

“accurate work history tracking”
Pros
It really stands out for being detail oriented and it gives a solid summary of the years I've built at the same company. It does a great job keeping everything reported accurately and staying up to date which makes it feel reliable over time.
Cons
When something goes wrong, it can take a bit of digging to locate every piece of info I might need. Even a basic task like updating my profile photo sometimes takes a few attempts before it comes out correctly.

“great reporting workflow”
Pros
Has been a really convenient fit for me, mainly because it's simple to use. The reporting side is especially helpful too, it makes it simple to pull together work related information without too much hassle.
Cons
Learning all the features took a bit of time at first. Once I got used to the layout and options though, everything started feeling more solid and the platform proved to be a good fit overall.

“highly user friendly!!”
Pros
The interface is genuinely user friendly, quick to learn and simple to navigate. Payroll setup also feels very flexible since you can tailor it to match our specific payroll processes. Once it's configured, it organizes payroll runs, cuts down on manual work and helps reduce errors. Reporting is another win, configurable reports and dashboards make it easy to get the insights we need without constantly exporting data.
Cons
Because it's so highly customizable, things can get complicated fast if you're not careful. Adjusting or reworking certain workflows can take more time and more specialized know, how than I expected.

“Makes my life easier”
Pros
Really shines by putting everything in one place. Core HR, payroll, reporting and talent data are all centralized and once the system is learned, day to day tasks feel a lot simpler. The reporting features stand out the most, there's solid visibility into real-time information without having to chase data across multiple tools. Workflows also stay consistent and the platform feels dependable particularly in bigger or more complicated organizational setups.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve. If youre new you can get a bit overwhelmed at first and even tasks that look simple may take time to figure out. Configuration changes typically need someone with deeper platform knowledge which can slow down updates. Also, support and implementation costs can be pricey so it may not be the best match for smaller teams.

“so convenient to use”
Pros
Everything stays centralized in one place which really helps. Key HR tasks, payroll, time-off requests, benefits, tax documents and career information, are all accessible without bouncing between separate systems. The interface is clean and simple so common tasks don't take much effort. Real-time reporting and analytics are also a big plus for leadership when it comes to making decisions based on current data. built in workflows and role-based permissions keep processes consistent and aligned with compliance requirements. It connects nicely with other business tools too and with some additional configuration it can go beyond HR and expand into a broader ERP/financial platform. Overall, it cuts down a lot of day to day friction.
Cons
More advanced capabilities aren't always available right away. You may need upgrades or additional configuration to fully unlock everything. For bigger or more complex organizations, the initial setup and customization can take time so some planning is needed before the platform feels truly optimized.

“centralized hub!”
Pros
Coming from past roles where we had multiple systems stitched together and we were constantly dealing with integration error logs, I really appreciate that it is built as a true core platform. It pulls the HR side, onboarding, payroll, benefits and related modules into one unified system. I also like that reporting is built in... so when we configure new capabilities, we can set up reporting alongside them instead of bolting something on later. Also, it supports global use with translation/translatability and the mobile interface makes it practical to access key workflows from their phones.
Cons
At the beginning, I wasn't sure it would click... coming from multiple familiar platforms, switching to a single, more efficient system meant a noticeable learning curve. Early on, it felt a bit "vanilla," and some basic items didn't seem configurable. Over the last few years though, it's become second nature and I've gotten much more comfortable with the product. The Workday Product team has also been responsive to customers through Workday Community, continuously improving things and making the platform better over time.

“Excellent overall”
Pros
Centralized HR data organizes managing a global workforce, while AI-driven talent and skills tools help track and develop people more intelligently. Payroll is integrated with real-time analytics so reporting stays current instead of lagging behind. The platform also supports configurable workflows and business processes, plus strong reporting features with predictive analytics. Employees can handle tasks through self-service and mobile access makes it convenient to stay on top of updates and requests.
Cons
Navigation can feel a bit complex at times and the platform updates frequently. That combination can slow down adoption because not every team has the time or resources to keep up with each new change and the latest technology.

“highly customizable”
Pros
The platform gives a ton of room for different use cases and the customization options are a big win for businesses rolling it out. It also helps that a lot of the configuration and troubleshooting work can be handled internally, without needing outside support.
Cons
They don't always leave things alone, once you get comfortable with how something works, it may change. Also, it's starting to feel like nearly every new capability is packaged as an extra paid add-on. Also, the switch from when Workday Community wasn't using the Ideation Hub changed my access and some things are no longer available to me unless I'm in the right group.

“covers our needs”
Pros
It includes everything our team actually needs and when there's a gap, we can plug it into another solution without much trouble. That flexibility keeps us from getting stuck when requirements change.
Cons
A bunch of add-ons are sometimes required before everything is fully functional. That extra cost and setup can make it hard to keep everything in one place unless you're willing to spend more than you initially planned.

“very configurable self-service access”
Pros
Navigation is simple and you can easily view and update their information from anywhere. It's also very configurable so we can tailor it to match the specific needs of our business.
Cons
Lot of additional features come with extra costs which has been tough for our smaller size and our particular line of business.

“Easy integrations”
Pros
The interface is simple and we can configure the system to match our specific business needs. It's also scalable and runs efficiently, with strong uptime overall. Having both HCM and Financials available in one platform has been a big win for us since we're using both modules and it keeps everything under the same roof.
Cons
If you're running a smaller business with simpler requirements, it would be nice to have a "lite" option with fewer rules and less overhead.

“automation and teams integration are great”
Pros
Using it feels pretty simple and I really liked the automation options. Being able to connect it to Microsoft Teams saves a lot of time especially on busy days when there's no room for extra steps.
Cons
The search feature isn't very adaptive so if you're not already familiar with how it works, you can end up spending extra time trying to find what you need. Also, not every feature shows up inside Teams so you still have to jump over to it to access the full set of functionalities.

“Clear transaction history”
Pros
It's really simple to use and all the forms you need are conveniently built right in. Navigation feels smooth and I can quickly pull up the history of every transaction.
Cons
Occasionally the password won't stay logged in or retained properly so it ends up needing resets more often than I'd expect. The security questions also feel pretty generic, like "what's your father's middle name".. and I've noticed plenty of people don't actually know that which makes the process awkward.

“user friendly tool”
Pros
This is the most powerful and user friendly HCM platform I've worked with. Reporting is simple and the navigation feels adaptive which has really helped our HR team move around without getting stuck.
Cons
Performance management area isn't quite as adaptive as the rest of the platform though that could be more about how we set things up than about the software itself.

“good one”
Pros
App really helps by keeping documents and work processes in one centralized spot so everything stays together instead of getting scattered across different places. It's convenient when you need to pull up records quickly and keeps your workflow more organized overall.
Cons
Getting started feels a bit awkward at first especially if you don't have clear guidance on how to move through the workflow. Also, the way content is grouped isn't very adaptive, folders or spaces don't do enough to clearly differentiate between categories which makes navigation take longer than it should.

“perfect for our team”
Pros
Simple to use and it reliably sends notifications both through email and in the browser. I also appreciate that it keeps a history of changes so it's easy to track what was updated over time.
Cons
On occasion, the system feels a little unclear when something goes wrong, there's often not much explanation about the specific error or why a transaction can't be completed.
