“All-in-one HR ecosystem”
Pros
I really like that Workday keeps employee data organizational structure, cost centers and payroll all in one place. Bringing together team schedules, performance reviews and compensation updates in a single view has been a real win for both employees and HR teams.
Cons
Request Forms can feel a little tiring to fill out. day to day tasks, like submitting time-off requests or completing requisition forms, often come across as tiring, based on how people talk about using them.

“complete employee management software”
Pros
This tool comes across as a really complete employee management platform. From my day to day POV, it's genuinely one of the best options out there.
Cons
There's a lot packed into it so getting oriented takes some time. Once you learn how everything fits together though, the platform works really well.

“Centralized HCM with strong reporting”
Pros
Workday HCM's all-in-one design is what stands out most to me. Keeping payroll, time tracking, benefits and employee profiles inside one ecosystem makes managing data feel much more centralized and secure. Also, the reporting features are genuinely powerful once you get the hang of creating reports.
Cons
Even though the platform is capable, the user interface can feel dated. Tasks related to complex payroll work or digging through historical data aren't always adaptive. Also, getting productive takes a lot of training and custom reporting has a pretty steep learning curve.

“effortless navigation”
Pros
This platform feels super simple to navigate and use. Everything is laid out clearly so there's no confusion when you're clicking around. The tabs are organized really well which makes it quick to find what you need.
Cons
There isn't anything I'd point out as the worst part. honestly it's all working the way it should and it's very easy to use.

“Strong organization”
Pros
It feels like a digital HR platform that brings employee information, processes and admin tasks into one organized system for the whole company.

Onboarding can feel pretty complex for new employees and there are moments where it's still possible to slip up and enter things incorrectly.

“Works really well!”
Pros
Really happy that I can view my employment history in one place and if I need a pay stub, it's right there too. Makes it much simpler to keep track of everything without hunting around.
Cons
What I don't care for is that if I can't log into my account, I'm forced to go through a bunch of verification just to regain access.

“one-stop shop for hr essentials”
Pros
This tool gives employees a true one-stop shop for HR essentials like payroll, the organizational chart, internal contact details and key tax information. Having everything in one place has made it much simpler to track down what I need without chasing multiple systems. The mobile app especially stands out... it's really simple for checking information on the go.
Cons
Right at first login, there's no dropdown style list to select your organization which makes it harder than it should be to locate the right area. A lot of the time it comes down to asking HR to point me in the right direction. Also, the web version doesn't feel as polished or friendly as the mobile app.

“Top-tier support”
Pros
The software feels smooth and fluid overall. It's user friendly and the support still stays top tier. Reporting is simple and keeping documentation up to date is also pretty painless.
Cons
Occasionally the file folder setup doesn't feel ideal, those moments can be genuinely frustrating. Still, the app is overall pretty easy to use.

“Solid self-service”
Pros
It is quite helpful because it gathers employee info, schedules, time-off requests and HR tasks in a single system. Instead of bouncing between multiple platforms, it's simple to pull up what you need and handle day to day work. The employee self-service side is particularly convenient and cuts down on the back-and-forth which definitely saves time.
Cons
A few areas feel a bit confusing if you're trying to locate a specific piece of information. Also some workflows take more steps than expected so you end up clicking through several screens to get things done. It may also require a learning curve especially if you are new who need time to get familiar with all the features.

“I liked it”
Pros
Feels like a fully integrated platform for handling core HR activities. The configuration options are strong so we can shape the setup to match how the business actually runs. Reporting and overall data visibility are particularly useful making it easier to get real insights and support better decisions. It's also convenient to manage multiple HR areas, like recruitment, compensation and talent, in one place instead of juggling separate tools.
Cons
Getting the most out of it takes real expertise especially for configuration and day to day maintenance. You have to put governance, security and solid process design in place early or things can get complicated fast. Change requests often need careful impact analysis and thorough testing and continuous optimisation may depend on help from support or AMS teams. For me, a few workflows feltless simple than they would in simpler systems.

“organized HR workflows”
Pros
I really like the user friendly interface and it handles HR operations at scale with a lot of efficiency. While I worked as an ERC Sr. Associate at Amazon, it helped organize employee data management, payroll support, attendance tracking and case management. Since it brings multiple HR functions into one platform, it's much simpler to pull up employee records, submit requests and manage day to day workforce operations without jumping between systems. I also found the reporting and analytics tools genuinely helpful for creating insights and backing up decisions with real data.
Cons
On busy days, the system occasionally felt a bit slow during peak usage. A few workflows took more steps than you'd expect for tasks that should be simple. Updates and configuration changes sometimes came with a learning curve particularly if you re new. And while it wasn't frequent, there were a couple of times when synchronization or access issues showed up and needed technical support to resolve.

“everything in one place !”
Pros
My favorite part is that it keeps everything in one place. Navigating it feels really user friendly and the overall experience has been dependable... no glitches or problems show up the way they did with other apps I've used.
Cons
The only downside I've noticed is that it costs a bit more than some alternatives but I still think it's worth the price.

Pros
Love the onboarding support it offers for new hires. The system feels simple to use for scheduling and keeps HR communication organized and clear.
Cons

“powerful Tool”
Pros
Feels like a strong, all-in-one platform for HR especially because it brings HR and document management together in one clean, adaptive interface. What really stands out is how stable the system runs day to day, with very few bugs and the Scheduling + Time Clock setup that makes everyday employee workflows a lot simpler. Even though it's a premium investment, the value is pretty obvious, it reduces the need for disconnected third-party tools and the customer support is consistently professional and responsive.
Cons
There's definitely a steep learning curve and the back end configuration can be pretty complex, usually meaning you'll need specialized training or an expensive consultant to get things set up the way you want. Also, the built in search can act a little unpredictable unless you already know the exact terms to use. Advanced custom reports can also be tough for if you're non-technical without extra help.

“Simple use”
Pros
Strongest part, in my view, is the quality of its centralized data model. day to day employee info, approvals org charts, talent records and reporting all live inside the same ecosystem. That setup directly improves things like headcount tracking, workforce planning and governance especially when compared to piecing those activities together across separate, disconnected tools.
Cons
On the other hand rolling it out and keeping it running takes real effort. The platform is powerful but configuration work, ongoing change management and to actually adopt the system depend heavily on having solid internal ownership. Budget can also be a concern for smaller organizations since it may come with a higher overall cost than they're prepared for.

“layout and navigation is generally simple”
Pros
Overall layout and design really work for me and it's generally simple to navigate. The day to day user experience feels solid, most features are laid out in a way that makes sense and things are usually adaptive once you've seen where they live.
Cons

“clean interface”
Pros
Workday HCM's standout strength is its clean, modern interface paired with an all-in-one setup. Employees and managers can handle everyday items, like submitting time-off requests, updating personal details or viewing pay information, without going through a lot of training. I also really liked that HR, payroll, recruiting and performance management are all connected in one place which helps keep processes consistent and reduces the hassle of bouncing between systems. The real-time reporting and analytics are another major win since they make it simple to pull current data quickly for smarter decisions. With its cloud foundation solid self-service tools and mobile access, it ends up feeling like a convenient and efficient way to manage HR work.
Cons
A downside is that some parts can feel more complicated than they need to be even though the UI looks modern. Deeper workflows and more advanced reporting can be a bit unadaptive which slows things down. Also, the customization options are powerful but can get overwhelming fast and getting everything configured the right way often takes specialized training or external support. There are also times when response times are noticeably slower especially during busy periods and even minor edits don't always feel as simple as I'd expect. Overall, the platform is efficient but the learning curve and occasional inefficiencies can affect the day to day experience.
