Easy to Use

Pros

It's simple to navigate. If there's ever an issue, their chat support is highly responsive and promptly resolves any concerns.

Cons

It's inconvenient that I have to log in separately from Zoho Books and make payments separately as well. I expected them to be more seamlessly integrated.

Better and Quicker than Other Software!

Pros

The receipt scanning operates faster than other solutions I've tried. Creating expense reports feels simpler and more instinctive as well.

Cons

The interface is simple, and the setup process is seamless. I like its ability to configure approval rules.

Cons

Currently in the process of setting up auto bank feeds. The support team typically responds to emails within 48 hours. It would be ideal if the response time could be shorter.

A technology that actually makes things faster.

Pros

What's not to like? The mobile app is uncomplicated, capturing clear and concise receipt images. It learns and improves with each entry and processing, making subsequent imports more accurate. It's easy to locate, edit, and submit expenses, and the reminders for outstanding expenses are excellent.

Cons

Initially, I found it a bit cumbersome, but I quickly realized the software just requires a bit of learning to become extremely practical.

Great for receipt management

Pros

I'm enjoying using Zoho Expense to upload all my receipts via the mobile Android app and then exporting them as .csv files from the web app.

Cons

I'd like to have the ability to add more expense categories directly from the mobile app. Thankfully, I can add those additional categories through the web app.

Great but costly compared to other services

Pros

Zoho Expense offers excellent features suitable for businesses of all sizes, from small to large enterprises.

Cons

Personally, I use it to manage cost and expense reports, which is nearly a free feature with many other platforms. It would be great if it could be free for me, especially since I already use their paid version of the ecommerce platform.
