The AI scan feature is fantastic, and having a mobile app makes it more convenient than using Google Sheets. I also like the ability to add team members and the seamless sync with Zoho Books.

Zoho Expense offers a clean, intuitive UI that is bug-free and works seamlessly across desktop and mobile platforms. While this may seem basic, I've used other expense management solutions that struggle with these fundamentals. Setting it up was simple, even though we haven't integrated it with other systems yet, which is usually where challenges arise. The categorization algorithms learn quickly, and the OCR error rate is minimal, making it an excellent choice for managing expenses.
Cons
While the initial trial period is excellent, determining which plan to commit to would be easier if there was an option to explicitly trial the different plan levels.
