The interface is modern and intuitive. It features a sales portal where customers can access their invoices and payments online, which was a key selling point for us.
Cons
The debit and credit sides are reversed compared to the UK system. For instance, a sales balance of - 100 in the UK means the customer owes 100. In Zoho, it indicates the customer has a credit of 100, potentially requiring a refund. The system also restricts fast typing and clicking, has issues with batch invoicing, and reviewing invoices individually is time-consuming. Extracting more than 100 statements at once is not possible, making it unsuitable for large sales ledgers.
