We Use Zoho Books for Multiple Companies

Pros

The dynamic dashboard and analytics have offered invaluable insights into our business's profitability. Integrating project management with accounting has streamlined operations, saving time and reducing errors. The automation, workflows, and customizable fields are revolutionary, allowing anyone to adapt the system to their specific needs. When I encounter coding challenges, the customer service team promptly assists by scripting solutions. Integrating with Avalara for tax compliance is also a significant advantage.

Cons

I find it challenging that Purchase Orders for drop ship customers aren't clearly linked to Sales Orders. While there are methods to connect POs to SOs, it's more intricate than necessary. Additionally, I'd like visibility into how much we've invoiced against Customer POs. It would also be beneficial if we could integrate our payroll with ZOHO; unfortunately, ZOHO payroll isn't currently available in Michigan. Consequently, we're having to manually input employee hours and journal entries for payroll.
