“Powerful for reports but not easy to start with”
Pros
We use deFacto planning together with our main ERP software. It is a helpful tool for generating reports. Also it is quite adaptable and its built-in Excel-like functions are very effective. The connection between it and our ERP system works perfectly.
Cons
The platform is not very easy to use when you first start. I mean it takes some time using it to build your skills. Training others on it is not simple either which has forced us to develop our own internal training manuals for the team.
