Good ERP for nonprofits.

February 2023

Dinah O.

Nonprofit

Pros:
NetSuite is a great choice for nonprofits. The features help us easily track donor information and donations, as well as analyze our data to better understand our supporters' behaviors. The software has made managing our operations a lot easier, and the customer support team is always on hand to answer any questions we might have.
Cons:
One of the things I can think of which maybe a con is that the analytics features could be a bit more robust. It would be great if there were more options for us to easily analyze our data. I also wish there were more customization options with the reports.

Excellent for SMEs.

SMEs

Pros:
NetSuite is an excellent software for small and medium enterprises like ours. We were looking for a comprehensive solution that would help us streamline our operations from customer relationship management to inventory control. We've been using it for over a year and are very pleased with the results so far.
Cons:
The only downside I can think of is that there's a bit of a learning curve when you first start using it. It took me some time to understand how the software works and get used to the interface which can be a bit confusing at first.

Pros:
The interface is great. It is easy to use and navigate through this tool. The best part about this product is its functionality to customize it accordingly.
Cons:
The software is great and all, but I have issues with the customer support team. They don’t seem to be trained well and aren’t knowledgeable at all to answer our queries.

Pros:
This tool has a powerful user integration. It is easy to integrate it with other software products. It is cloud-based. The data in it is quite accurate when being stored, and it is easy to audit the data and all with additional accounting tools.
Cons:
It is not an easy tool to access and use. It is complex, and it has additional features that are difficult to use. There are many other options out there that are better than this tool.

manesa

Pros:
It is a web-based ERP product. It offers a lot of great features with which you’re able to control things within your company. It isn’t expensive at all in comparison with other ERP products. This tool is great for someone who is a distribution company or someone who does not have a very complex manufacturing software.
Cons:
We have a complex manufacturing software and the manufacturing module in NetSuite is very basic which is why they don’t really go together and does not manage well.
