“flexible reports”
Pros
There are plenty of connectors available which makes it practical to work with different data sources. The data can also be presented in several ways so building visuals and reports is quite flexible. Another plus is that reports can be viewed directly from a browser which is convenient for sharing and access.
Cons
The way the sync works is fairly complicated when trying to use the web version together with the PostgreSQL connector through the ODBC driver. On top of that the web version tends to be rather slow in terms of performance.

“Review”
Pros
This is a strong cloud based business intelligence platform that helps us visualize data coming from multiple sources. It's also quite user friendly, with drag and drop functionality and self-service features that make it approachable for users. One of the biggest advantages is the broad variety of visualizations available, such as charts, graphs and maps which make data easier to understand and explore. On top of that Power BI supports DAX and Power Query so we can handle complex calculations and deeper data analysis to build meaningful reports. The integration is another strong point especially with Microsoft products like Excel, SharePoint and Teams, along with many third-party apps. Another valuable benefit is that it lets users share reports and dashboards with others, both inside the organization and with external stakeholders. A particularly useful feature is the option to deploy Power BI in both cloud and on-premise environments.
Cons
Data import cap is around 2 GB at a time. If we need to bring in larger volumes of data, we have to move from the free version to a paid plan. That can be a drawback for users or organizations that are not in a position to spend on a subscription.

“cost effective”
Pros
Delivers solid value for the price. It's affordable, not overly expensive and still handles the work that needs to be done.
Cons
An area that could be improved is the ETL side. It would be better if there were a more capable tool for aggregating, joining and transforming data in a more dynamic way.

Pros
Connecting to other data sources is really easy, whether it's SQL databases, Excel, SharePoint, Salesforce and more.

This software is very approachable thanks to its user friendly layout. The drag and drop interface makes it simple to build interactive reports and dashboards without making the process feel complicated.

“Reliable insights”
Pros
Getting started with it is simple yet the platform itself is incredibly advanced and delivers high-level business analytics with a wide range of useful capabilities. The interface feels interactive and there are plenty of business-focused tools built in. The insights you get from analyzing data are genuinely valuable and the analytics are accurate enough to support better business decisions. It also handles heavy data loads without lagging or slowing down which makes a big difference in day to day use.
Cons
Honestly I have not run into any issues. It stands out as one of the best business intelligence and analytics tools available right now, with a very dynamic set of features and functions. Since it is backed by Microsoft, it feels stable, flexible and suitable for just about any corporate environment. It also integrates well with other dashboard types and IT platforms and data can be pulled or pushed instantly and accurately through Power BI. I have not had any problems or difficulties with it at all.

Pros
One of the best parts is how well it works with Excel which makes exporting much more convenient and sharing reports with others really practical. The visualizations are also highly customizable so we can tailor them to the situation and choose exactly which data points we want to emphasize.

After using this platform for the past year, it has proven to be a really capable data visualization platform. It lets us connect to a wide range of cloud-based data sources as well as on-premises sources. The interface is user friendly so creating interactive visualizations and reports doesn't take much effort. One of the biggest advantages is how well it works with other Microsoft products such as Excel, SharePoint and Office 365. It has been very helpful for building reports, charts, graphs and dashboards and overall it stands out as a powerful data analysis tool.

“Best option on the market”
Pros
The variety of data visualization choices it provides, from basic charts and tables to more advanced options like heat maps and custom visuals. That flexibility makes it possible to analyze data in a much deeper and more meaningful way. It also does a really good job with sharing and collaboration making it simple for team members and stakeholders to work together without hassle. Being able to publish reports, share them with others and manage access to sensitive information helps make sure everyone is always looking at the latest data.

“Quick reports with striking design”
Pros
I was pleasantly surprised by how simple it was to build the data model and set up relationships across different data sources. Creating reports feels quite easy and the final results are very complete with a visually appealing design.
Cons
Report publishing feels too broad overall. It's hard to limit exactly who can view the reports when you don't want them to be fully public and some basic features require a license.

“easy to use”
Pros
Really helps take our data visualization to a higher level. It does a smart job of organizing data, feels simple to use and customize and gives you the ability to build very complete and detailed visualizations.
Cons
One area that could be improved is the database processing and organization stage. That part seems to require the most time and effort so optimizing those resources would make the tool even better.
