“An amazing software”
Pros
An amazing data visualization solution that lets you analyze large volumes of data efficiently, build interactive dashboards and uncover useful insights for your business. It also comes with a wide range of built in tools and integrates very well with other Microsoft services such as Excel, SharePoint and Dynamics 365.
Cons
It can become expensive for some companies depending on their specific needs especially if advanced features are required or if multiple licenses have to be purchased. On top of that learning how to use it takes time and some technical knowledge, particularly when working with advanced features like DAX and customizing visualization layouts.

“everything you need for data visualization in one place”
Pros
There's a lot you can do with it when it comes to working with data and building graphs, dashboards and presentations. It feels like a complete platform with a wide range of features that cover pretty much everything needed for reporting and visualization.
Cons
The downside is that it takes training to use well since the software can be complex especially when putting dashboards together.

“dynamic reports”
Pros
Some of the visuals are genuinely striking and the overall report feels very dynamic. The way visuals stay synchronized across different sections really helps keep attention on specific slices of the data and therefore on the underlying trend or issue you want to analyze and present.
Cons
Building views outside what was originally planned in the installation feels almost impossible. If a feature is already supported, then fine but if it is not, you end up bending over backward, spending nights searching for workarounds, writing M or DAX scripts and it still will probably never feel as easy as experimenting in an Excel sheet. The community is clearly very strong but Microsoft needs to move much faster to keep up with the volume of requests that highlight gaps between the product and what clients expect. It is frustrating having to tell people that certain things simply cannot be done, only to hear that they had already seen them years ago in Excel or PowerPoint with more traditional approaches.

“solid integrations”
Pros
Connects really well with different data sources when building business reports. The option to write custom SQL adds a lot of flexibility and the user management and security reporting work very well.
Cons
Performance can slow down when reports are dealing with large volumes of data. The data distribution approach could be improved to handle those situations better.

“Wide range of data connections”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how it connects with a wide range of data sources. Another big plus is that the data can also be exported and saved in Excel which is very useful.
Cons
It does take new team members a while to understand how everything works. The user interface could also be improved.

“powerful data visualization options”
Pros
One thing I appreciated most about Power BI is how many ways it gives you to work with data. I can group it, transform it and build visualizations based on whatever I need at the moment which makes the tool very flexible and useful.
Cons
I understand that English is the default language and the most widely accepted globally but it would still be helpful if the commands were also translated into Portuguese.

“good for data analysis”
Pros
It is a very effective tool for data analysis and business visualization. It comes with a wide range of advanced capabilities, including connections to multiple data sources, flexible customization, strong scalability and plenty of data visualization options. The interface feels accessible and user friendly which makes building custom reports and dashboards easy for users at any level even those with limited experience in data analysis.
Cons
Even with all of its advanced features, it can have a steep learning curve for people who are not familiar with data analysis. The platform can also be expensive for some companies especially those working with tighter budgets. On top of that certain functions may not be as advanced as what some competing analytics tools currently offer.

“broad integrations”
Pros
Getting started doesn't take much effort even without a strong background in computers or data analysis. The interface feels very user friendly and the drag and drop features make building data visualizations simple. It also works with a broad mix of data sources, from databases, Excel files and CSVs to cloud platforms like SharePoint and Salesforce which makes it very flexible.
Cons
One limitation is that, despite supporting many different data sources, it can still run into compatibility problems with certain file types or databases.

“quick analysis”
Pros
It works really well for managing smaller sets of data inside a dashboard. It also feels quite fast when handling that kind of workload.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit complicated because it puts so many options on a single screen. While it's more user friendly for people who already know other Microsoft tools like Excel, it still has a somewhat more complex nature. It also struggles with large data sources and loading the data can sometimes take hours.
