“broad integrations”
Pros
One of the best parts is being able to build dashboards that are adapted for smartphones. The datasets are well designed and it also connects to a wide range of data sources so pulling in data from different places is very convenient.
Cons
At times, extracting data feels a bit heavy or slow. Even with that, I still think it is an excellent program and it continues to improve in a very noticeable way.

“Powerful analytics”
Pros
Power BI is an incredibly powerful tool for big data analysis and it's also easy to use. It really helps simplify day to day work by automating tasks and reports which takes away a lot of the stress.
Cons
There's a major display issue on Chromebook, with large colored lines appearing and charts looking distorted in the app. The mobile version is also very limited, feels heavy and has several bugs that affect how it works.

“solid price”
Pros
It gives you a lot of flexibility with visualizations and is fairly easy to work with. It's also reasonably priced compared to other competitors and having a free version available is a nice bonus. Another big plus is the community which keeps adding new visualizations and expands what you can do with it.
Cons
Platforms like Tableau are a better option for self service BI and they seem to have better overall performance.

What I enjoy most is how dynamic the dashboards are and the different ways the presentations can be made more interactive.

“stunning visuals for complex data”
Pros
From data cleaning to analysis and visualization, I've used this application across the full workflow and it has been really valuable. It does a strong job of handling data that would otherwise be difficult to read directly and the visualization features make a big difference. Being able to build different kinds of charts from the data provided makes the information much clearer and far more readable.
Cons
It isn't really centered around the general public since using it effectively requires some background in reading data and understanding data science concepts.

“Reliable data tracking”
Pros
This has been a fantastic tool for data analysis. Our company has set up a wide range of filters and they make it really simple to track the data we need.
Cons
Does have a few quirks when you're working through the data. There are very specific settings that have to be checked or unchecked especially when you're running multiple searches one after another.

“strong dashboards with rich add ons”
Pros
There are plenty of useful widgets and plugins available which makes it possible to add new components to dashboards and customize them in a really effective way.
Cons
The downsides are the limited range of data import formats and the fairly expensive enterprise licensing.

“easy connection multiple sources of data”
Pros
Bringing in data from different sources and turning it into dashboards is a really valuable feature. The real time connection to live data is especially excellent because whenever the data gets updated, the dashboard updates right away as well.
Cons
Data importing takes quite a long time so uploading larger volumes of data can be very time-consuming. At times it also gets stuck and keeps loading for too long.

“10/10 experience”
Pros
Gives you a really advanced way to explore data, apply filters and build dashboards for just about any need. One thing I really appreciate is how polished and visually sleek the final dashboards can look.
Cons
I had to go through some training to fully understand everything but that feels pretty typical for a lot of Mircosoft tools, including Excel. Even so, the wide range of features makes the learning curve worth it.

“reliable reporting”
Pros
Data privacy matters a lot in my industry so access to information was usually pretty restricted for anyone who needed it. Power BI helped us build a single source of truth for both data and reporting and that made a big difference. It also cut down the amount of time our analytics team spent putting together one-off custom reports since a lot of common questions could be answered directly through the dashboards we built.
Cons
The filtering feature is quite frustrating to use. It may sound like a small thing but I had trouble figuring out how to make one filter update based on another and that became annoying fast. For example if a company manages two websites with different pages under each one, once I filter the report to just one website, I would expect the page filter to automatically remove pages that belong to the other site. In Power BI, setting that up was not easy and it slowed me down.

“Easy to use BI with flexible connections”
Pros
It is one of the best BI platforms out there. It feels simple, well designed and it also lets you connect to multiple data sources to extract and combine data in one place.
Cons
A downside is that it takes a bit of time to get familiar with Mircosoft Power BI before you can fully enjoy all of its features and user-friendliness.

Pros

“Impressive results”
Pros
The biggest win with this tool is the kind of results it delivers. It's genuinely impressive how clearly it turns data into insights. That level of visibility helps businesses make the right calls and supports smarter decisions that can improve profitability. It really works well as a one-stop BI solution.
Cons
Building complex relationships across data can get a bit frustrating. When there are several links between tables or datasets, this does not always handle them that well. A lot depends on modeling the data correctly from the start.

“Helps with practical decision making”
Pros
I've been using Power BI for over a year and it gives me a full view of everything from marketing actions and prospecting to the final sales closing stage. You can build specific views around the exact data you need which makes monitoring performance and making decisions much more practical.
Cons
If you decide to try the tool, you'll likely need a developer on the team to handle the integration of all the data sources.

“Powerful visuals at a fair price”
Pros
Affordable and gives a lot of value and I'd even put affordability at the top of the list twice because it matters that much. The custom visualizations are also a big plus and the integration with Excel makes it especially convenient when working with existing spreadsheets and reports.
Cons
A few parts still feel more complicated than they should. Setting up table relationships can be confusing at times, configuring visuals takes more effort than expected and the interface can feel crowded especially when a lot is happening on the screen.
