“affordable analytics with fast processing”
Pros
Report sharing and collaboration work really well especially within the Microsoft ecosystem. It is one of the most affordable options out there and also comes with built in ETL capabilities. The modeling features and data connectors are some of the parts I appreciated most in Power BI. It supports many different file types, including txt, Excel and Google Sheets and it handles data much faster than a lot of competing tools.
Cons
The interface is not as polished as some competing products. It also becomes difficult to work with very large data files during processing and the number of predefined templates feels limited.

“quick insights”
Pros
It helps uncover hidden insights from business data pretty quickly. Handling large datasets feels manageable and analyzing them doesn't take much effort. Building custom reports and dashboards is easy and sharing them with others is just as simple. It also does a really good job with data visualization making business information much clearer and easier to understand. On top of that exploring business data and finding useful details is very convenient with this tool.
Cons
Microsoft Power BI has been an excellent solution for data analysis and visualization and honestly I do not have any limitations to point out.

“Easy to build dashboards”
Pros
Even without programming knowledge, building dashboards feels quite simple and there are plenty of formulas online for practically any calculation you need. Whether you are managing KPIs, indicators, fines or any other type of analysis, opening the database and running calculations is not a problem. With other calculation tools, once the files held 3 or 4 years of data, it used to be a real pain just to open them.
Cons
One downside is that errors are not pointed out clearly enough so finding them quickly and fixing them takes more time than it should.

“powerful drag and drop reporting”
Pros
Easy to use and its drag and drop setup makes building reports simple. Importing and exporting data is also hassle-free and team members can get up to speed with very little training.
Cons
It would be even more helpful if it offered better connections to a wider range of data sources and supported importing from more database types.

“user friendly”
Pros
Offers a lot of features, maybe even more than necessary in some areas.
Cons
Compared with several other BI tools, this one seems especially prone to being pushed beyond what it's really meant to handle. Both developers and end users can end up stretching it too far. Using it the right way actually takes a significant amount of effort which clashes a bit with how simple and approachable it appears at first glance.

“Positive overal experience”
Pros
Working with it has been quite positive because it supports a wide range of data formats for analysis. It also connects nicely with different Microsoft tools which makes the overall workflow more convenient. Another big advantage is how well it handles large datasets while still keeping processing times relatively low.
Cons
On the downside, the premium plan comes with useful extra features but the cost is quite high. It's also not compatible with Mac devices which can be limiting. In addition, the application tends to use a lot of system resources and can occasionally slow down the computer.

“Impressive dashboards that save time”
Pros
Cuts down a lot of the work that would normally be done in MS Excel. The dashboard is especially impressive for senior managers, giving them a clear one-page view to quickly understand the overall business status.

A bit pricey even with how many features you get.

“Simple to use”
Pros
Being able to build dashboards that are adapted for smartphones is a real advantage. The API connections are very useful for pulling in datasets and creating dashboards feels fluid and efficient. I also appreciate how simple it is to share dashboards online.
Cons
One limitation is that you need to have the desktop app installed on your computer to edit reports since it can't be done online.

“impactful analytics toolkit”
Pros
One of the best things about Power BI is how comprehensive it is for both basic and advanced analysis. It includes all the functions and formulas you could need to build reports of almost any kind.

“stunning visuals”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths is how many different ways it lets you present data. It gives a full 360-degree view of operations and offers countless options for turning data into meaningful visual reports. It also handles large volumes of data really well, with several built in views available and the flexibility to create custom dashboards and views when needed.
Cons
Creating your own custom data visualizations can be a bit technical. If you need something very specific, you may end up relying on a Power BI developer to build it properly. The pricing is also on the higher side. I'd like to give access to my whole team but the cost makes that difficult.
