“interactive reports”
Pros
One of my favorite things about it is the user friendly interface which makes building interactive and visually appealing reports feel easy. The ability to connect with different data sources has really improved decision making and when it works as intended it helps speed up business processes.
Cons
Sometimes it doesn't refresh in real time the way I expect it to. Having to wait for the latest data to show up can be frustrating especially when working with larger datasets or dealing with slower refresh speeds.

“fast automated reporting wins”
Pros
Being able to schedule reports to run automatically, including future runs, saves a huge amount of time. Power BI is a very intelligent platform that handles data analysis and reporting exceptionally well and it does it incredibly fast.
Cons
Takes a while to learn how to use it properly before you can really take full advantage of everything it offers. I wouldn't say it's the kind of software that suits everyone but once you figure it out, the payoff is absolutely worth it.

“efficient data blending”
Pros
Among the analytics platforms available today, this stands out as one of the strongest. It lets us pull multiple data sources into a single report, build relationships between them and do plenty of other impressive things.
Cons
Licensing is still a downside. It also uses a lot of memory on a laptop so adding extra RAM is something I'd definitely recommend.

“interactive visuals”
Pros
The data transform menu makes it possible to preprocess data and apply several cleaning steps before building visuals. It really helps improve data quality upfront. Power BI also offers a wide range of highly practical visuals, including waterfall charts and Gantt charts and the drag and drop feature makes creating them very convenient.
Cons
Refresh times can get slow when working with large datasets.

“I love the dashboards”
Pros
Creating interactive dashboards with this visualization tool has been really good and it does a nice job presenting data in a clear and engaging way.
Cons
Dashboards are visually interactive but refresh delays mean the interactivity is often based on outdated data so updates can occasionally lag behind.

Pros
Does exactly what we need and several of our clients use it too. It handles what they need on their end as well so it works well for both us and them.

“power query and dax are brilliant”
Pros
Power Query has been one of the best parts of using Power BI for me especially with how many customization options it gives for reports. It all felt very accessible even when I was combining more complex datasets. DAX is also a huge plus since it makes it possible to handle advanced calculations and uncover deeper insights from the data.
Cons
Figuring out how to make the visuals match in size and align automatically the way I want can be more frustrating than it should be at times.

“Many great integrations”
Pros
Interface is incredibly user friendly and the integrations it offers with a wide variety of products are fantastic. The web portal also makes access really convenient for both staff and clients. I'd highly recommend it.
Cons
One drawback I'd point out is the speed of the desktop app. It can be quite slow and it tends to use a large amount of CPU which can really put a strain on your laptop while it's running.
