Among the well-known BI tools, this really stands out for how well it pulls users into the data experience. Its modeling, transformation and visualization capabilities work especially well within the Microsoft ecosystem which makes the platform feel very connected and engaging.

It can take time to learn, mainly because getting good results with DAX and M language requires real understanding. There are built in low-code and no-code options but if you want to create more advanced or exceptional visualizations, you still need at least a basic grasp of DAX.

On top of that the reporting feature is excellent for putting together well structured reports making it easier to share results and refer back to them later.
