Pros

It helps me so much with writing, researching and even organizing. It's clear that the paid version is more powerful than the free one but the $20 is totally worth it. Now, I can create folders, start or integrate chats and have everything in one place which makes it so much easier to stop hunting for old discussions that are often hard to find.

Cons

I have to spend a lot of time explaining things but it often doesn't get it or forgets which leads to mistakes.
