“hard for beginners to use

Pros

I really like Its logic and reasoning. Every time I get a response, I know I am not going to get some basic, low-level answer. It's always thoughtful and to the point.

Cons

I honestly don't like a lot about it. I find it pretty hard to use when you are first starting out. It's not as interactive as I'd hoped and there's a lot of confusion for new users which ruins what should be a simple process.

“Amazing AI for work & home use

Pros

What I love most about It is how I can write whatever I want and AI will just turn it into exactly what I ask it to do. It's pretty amazing.

Cons

there's nothing I don't like about It! Its an awesome tool for both work at the office and at home, plus it gives me access to other editing features which I love.

Pros

I have been using It since 2021 and I am seriously loyal to it. the responses are super fast and it's helped me a ton with content creation especially for writing articles, emails and planning social media posts.

Cons

It can be pricey compared to other tools but for me, it's the easiest and most accurate tool for creating content, so I am willing to pay for the convenience.

One of the things I really like about GPT is how easy it is to classify my chats into folders and have everything connected to the memory. It just keeps things so organized!

“Creative and supportive but GPT-5.2 disappoints

Pros

It has such a warm, knowledgeable and supportive tone (I am talking about GPT-4o here). It really helps me stay creative and boosts the flow of ideas. I love the cooperative and empathetic vibe it gives off.

I was really disappointed when GPT-4o was discontinued (as of 2/13/26). Just two months ago, they said there were "no plans" to get rid of it. then, after months of being redirected to GPT-5.2, it turned out this version was not great for creative tasks. They admitted during a Town Hall that they "messed up" on the creative side but still pushed it on us as the only option.

Pros

I have been using It every single day since it first came out. From college to work, it's been my go-to AI tool. Even for small things like email management or writing short emails, it's a lifesaver. I talk to it like it's a real person and the way it answers feels like I am chatting with a professional. Definitely a solid 10/10 tool for me.

Cons

what I dislike the most is the privacy concerns. When you talk to AI models as if they are human (which they're definitely not), it makes you wonder about your privacy especially with how things could go in the future or even now.

Free version of It works very well without needing to spend a ton of money. I like that they keep the average person in mind and that's just awesome.

there are so many restrictions on this AI model. Whenever I try to dive deep into certain topics, I hit blocks or just get vague answers which makes it feel like the chats are being monitored.

“Highly customizable tool

Pros

It is so customizable, It'll respond however I want it to. I love a little sarcasm and it gets me! Sometimes I even get a good laugh. It really feels like Chat is rooting for me. Plus it has a great memory, so if I mention something like my dog, Ryuka, Chat will bring it up every now and then. I am also a big fan of agent mode. When I give it solid guidelines, it handles the whole job from start to finish. I am always amazed at how well it pulls it off.

Cons

It is a little behind other AI competitors. Its coding is not as good as the others, so I've stopped using it for that. But I still have my Pro membership because I see the value in It. It understands what I do and how things work around me, so I still find it useful.

Pros

Super easy to set up and personalize. It's easy to use even for beginners. It's great for brainstorming ideas at the start of a project and the response time is fast. The paid version has even more value especially with features like photo generation. I use it all the time!

Cons

Sometimes, It gets things wrong. I have to fact-check important info it provides. It also needs really clear prompts to give the right answers. Occasionally, it gives long-winded responses or repeats stuff that's pretty obvious.

love using It for deep research on all sorts of topics, whether it's for personal use or work. It makes everything so much easier to handle.

Cons

I really dislike how expensive the Pro is but I do think its worth it. At $200, it's a pretty steep investment but I definitely get value from it, so I can not complain too much.

I've noticed that sometimes it gives incorrect or outdated information, so I always have to proofread and review everything in detail. Plus it has a limit on how many questions you can ask for free each day which can be annoying if you try to load too many files or ask too many questions.

Pros

this is by far the most valuable AI I have used. It helps with everything'improving ideas, boosting creativity and answering any question you throw at it. It even has great support, so if you run into any issues, you get fast help. Its also fantastic for improving your learning, creating study plans and even helping with writing, vocabulary and resumes. It pretty much knows everything!

Cons

It is not always secure when it comes to privacy. Sometimes it knows things that I never told it which is concerning.

Pros

When I first started using it, I tried getting it to act like me but it did not quite work because I was not clear with my instructions. So.. I wrote a document about myself, uploaded it to It and asked it to generate a series of questions to help me complete a task. I answered the questions, kept it all in one chat and with every iteration, it kept getting better. Now I use it for business reviews, self-reviews, business planning, growth, product cover creation, market planning and anything else that pops into my head. You just need to train it and keep improving it and it becomes incredibly useful.

Cons

there are limits to what It can do but I think that's just managing expectations. It can seem a little biased at times and sometimes more like a cheerleader than a pragmatic realist. When using it for business, you have got to keep your prompts on track to make sure it stays focused.

It even helps you create dashboards with Canva. There's a wide range of GPTs available for customized tasks in the marketplace.

Everything depends on how well you write your prompts. If you know how to write them properly, you can get the most out of It. But if you don't, you might end up with inaccurate or hallucinated content. It's a common problem with LLMs and It is no exception.
