“Fast help that saved me”
Pros
Running my antique rings and jewelry business on eBay since 2010, I had built up a 9.6 customer satisfaction score and, as the business expanded, I set up a US corporation in 2012 through a local accountant. Then about five months ago, I received a letter from the state of Delaware saying I owed a tax penalty because of an unfinished post-incorporation process and income taxes. It caught me completely off guard and to make things worse, my accountant had no idea about the post-incorporation requirements or the 83(b) form. After looking into it online, I contacted several websites but Clemta was the only one that replied personally instead of sending an automated bot response. I reached out through their support email and they guided me through submitting my 83(b) form and completing the post-incorporation process properly. For around $400, they helped me avoid nearly $10,000 in penalties in a very short time. Their support team was extremely knowledgeable.
Cons
No cons to share as their support was incredibly fast and effective.
