“Efficient forecasting”
Pros
The tool stands out to me for its strong scenario modeling and unified data structure. I can run flexible what-if analyses and update rolling forecasts efficiently, all from a single reliable source of truth that helps prevent duplicate or conflicting data. It works well with our internal systems and supports automated data consolidation which reduces a lot of manual effort and gives me more time to focus on strategic business insights instead of repetitive spreadsheet tasks. It also connects well with SAP ERP and our BI tools making data synchronization simpler and helping us build clear, actionable business dashboards.
Cons
One clear drawback is the time it takes to get used to especially for team members without a technical background. Advanced modeling and custom setup need formal training which slows down onboarding. The interface also feels dated compared with newer cloud based tools with fairly rigid navigation and limited self service reporting so many routine requests still depend on the central analytics team. On top of that integration with our telecom infrastructure is fairly complex to implement and maintain which means ongoing IT support is usually necessary.

“powerful planning and KPI setup”
Pros
Creating planning systems is pretty easy, putting KPIs together works well and it does a good job of keeping end users involved in the process.
Cons
Building feeders still feels more complicated than it should be and it would be better if that part were quicker and simpler to set up.
