Having everything in one platform makes a big difference. Real time monitoring is very useful, the integrations and API work well and the security level feels excellent. It also gives confidence knowing it is backed by a well established company.

Cons

The setup can be quite complex, support is occasionally a bit slow and it takes sometime to get used to. Also there can be some occasional freezes and slowdowns.
