“user-friendly but has room to improve”

Pros

The platform feels very user-friendly and simple to work with although it could still use a few adjustments here and there.

Cons

Something that gets in the way is not being able to accept one segment, move to the next, edit it and continue forward without having to use the mouse.

“Incredible translation suggestions”

Pros

Translation suggestions in Lilt Translate are usually very strong and once the basic shortcuts become familiar, working through a translation can go quite quickly.

Cons

Looking through the TM is not especially adaptive. The project claiming process also leaves a lot to be desired, possibly because there is not enough work available for the number of linguists on the platform. Even when I open the email right away, I still often end up missing the project.

Pros

Working with them has been a very positive experience. The team is professional and a pleasure to collaborate with.

Cons

Because they have so many skilled people on staff, it can be a bit difficult to secure a larger amount of work.

Its a very user-friendly and it keeps getting better with ongoing improvements.

Cons

Adjusting from one specific interface update to the current version was a little challenging especially when it came to project visibility.

Pros

The platform is very simple to use and navigate. Most of it is self-explanatory so getting around doesn't take much effort.

Cons

One thing that could be better is the lack of direct project assignment. The first-come, first-served approach feels a little unfair.
