My experience was very positive . The staff is highly professional, they pay close attention to every detail in the orders and their online translation software performs really well while staying very user-friendly.
Cons
Only possible downside is that there haven't been many projects yet though Im still just at the beginning of the collaboration.

Pros
After more than 27 years working as a translator and trying all kinds of online and offline tools, this feels like a completely new translation experience. Out of everything Ive used, this is without a doubt the one I prefer most.
Cons
SHould have an option to add or remove tags so it would be possible to apply bold or italic formatting and also delete hyphens when needed.

“Impressive tool for translation work”
Pros
It's one of the most efficient tools I rely on for translation projects. The concordance and glossary are also readily accessible whenever I need them.
Cons
QA step can feel a little awkward since errors in the text segments themselves aren't shown all together when the text goes beyond a certain number of segments.

A nice part of using it is the variety of clients and the CAT tool.
Cons
Task assignment is where it falls short. Even when I open the email links within seconds of getting them, there's never anything left to claim because bots seem to grab the tasks immediately.

Pros
Working on this platform feels very ergonomic and fluid. The way the content is segmented makes the text clear and comfortable to read. It also handles all the tags well and they can be copied into the target without hassle. In revision mode, the error-coding options are right there and easy to access which helps linguists work more efficiently.
Cons
One drawback is that the hours count takes around six hours to update on the platform. I really wish that part happened faster.

Pros
What consistently stands out with it is how accurate the AI translation suggestions are. Most of the time, it gets the translation right and overall it feels like a very powerful tool. It performs especially well with non-specialized content which makes sense since that is where a more generic language model seems to be at its best. It also handles medical texts fairly well although those usually still need some tweaking here and there.
Cons
My biggest frustration with it is the linguist stats section that shows an estimated payment amount based on the time spent on each project. In my case, it has never been accurate and usually looks far too generous. For example, I tracked my own time on one project and calculated that I had spent 7 hours on it. It estimated 15.56 hours and showed a possible payout of $210.90. Then when I received the actual paystub, it said I had only worked 3.9 hours. None of those numbers match what I recorded so it is hard to know what to make of it. On one side, the system seems overly generous but on the other, the algorithm also penalizes you if you spend more than 30 seconds without typing or accepting segments. That is especially frustrating with medical texts because sometimes you need to stop and do research and that time is not counted. I do not think that is fair since the research is exactly what leads to the right wording choices. Longer pauses without typing should be taken into account, otherwise translators may avoid researching just so they do not get penalized for unpaid time.

Right from the start, the interface felt clear and fast which is something I really need for my work. The overall experience is adaptive as well so I was able to get productive quickly without dealing with a steep learning curve. The QA and termbase integration are also a big plus since they help speed up my workflow and support better-quality output.

The platform is fast, clear and dependable and I especially appreciate that it relies on official sources.

One thing that made it harder was how strongly everything depended on self-guidance, with a "read it yourself" approach that felt isolating and didn't provide much support to make sure each step was fully understood. whenever I tapped on a new assignment, it was usually already taken sometimes within just five minutes. The assignment notification emails also tended to arrive around 3 or 4 a.m. which wasn't very practical. It would have helped a lot if the workflow had been explained upfront instead of leaving me to figure it out alone. That way, I could have handled things more calmly and professionally, without the confusion, rushing or uncertainty about expectations. The review and feedback list was also unclear so I often couldn't tell what action I was supposed to take which made it difficult to actually learn from the feedback.

Pros
After being a registered vendor with Lilt for 5-6 years, I can clearly see how much the AI has improved compared with the early days. The shortcuts make a real difference during translation and the output quality genuinely helps speed up the workflow. the PM team is always responsive and happy to help.
Cons
One ongoing frustration is that the time log is often inaccurate which means I end up submitting multiple tickets to get my payments corrected. The platform also still has occasional bugs, like not confirming segments or ignoring tags and the QA feature doesn't seem to be properly tuned for Greek, at least from what Ive seen.
