Compared with last year, the platform feels much faster to work in. Payments are usually quick and smooth and the day-to-day tasks work very well.

Cons

The QA process is still slow and the Danish QA is weak, with a lot of things seeming to get overlooked. The AI suggestions in Danish have also been getting worse. On the payment side, it would be better to send just one email that already includes the amount instead of sending three separate emails where only the third one shows it.

Task notifications should be sent more selectively by email especially for translators based on their language pair. For instance, EN to MY translators should only receive emails about EN to MY jobs. Recently, Ive been getting many task emails that don't match my language pair which is both confusing and a waste of time. there are times when I run into specific issues or difficulties and don't know who to contact for assistance. Having a clear support channel or dedicated contact person for these kinds of concerns would make a big difference.

The platform makes translating, reviewing and applying corrections really simple and everything can be done right away without any issues.

One thing that gets frustrating is receiving 10 to 20 invitations every day for jobs that have already been claimed by other linguists. It ends up wasting time and becomes quite annoying so I really hope this gets fixed.

It encourages a kind of race where translators may grab projects beyond their actual expertise or the time they realistically have available, just to avoid missing out on work. That can lead to lower-quality translations which may hurt both client satisfaction and the platform's reputation. On top of that because everything depends on responding quickly, bots or scripts could potentially be used to automatically claim jobs before qualified human translators even have a chance. That makes the process feel less fair and could gradually reduce overall translation quality. Another issue is that there are occasional inconsistencies across accepted TMs.

Its visual layout works really well especially the sidebar when searching Concordance and TM matches. The keyboard shortcuts are also very useful and having suggested TM matches appear underneath the target field is something I really appreciate.

I came across many QA errors and they are annoying me.. Errors about missing spaces pop up but it is not always clear where those spaces are supposed to be in the source text. It would help if there were tags to show where those spaces are represented. I would also love to have a visible time counter while working on a project, unless that feature already exists and I have simply missed it.

TM words do not always match the exact meaning and context. For instance, tense is extremely important with verbs and that part needs to be corrected. It would help if linguists were given more freedom to work on their own.

While working on an hourly basis, it's not clear to me how it actually measures my time... whether it relies on keystrokes, mouse movement or something else and it seems like time spent researching or thinking is not included. Another limitation is that once a segment is confirmed, I have to unconfirm it before making any edits and I also Cant even copy text from a confirmed segment. Tag management is also quite awkward. the QA feature hasn't been very useful because it flags too many false errors. It would be much better if the QA checks could be tailored to the needs of specific clients.

I don t like how difficult it is to actually get a project. Every time an email comes through, the project is already gone within seconds. A different system for assigning or offering projects would make things feel much fairer for everyone.
