I like the timely news!

Pros

Getting everything set up was clean and simple with help from their rep. The targeting is really useful for the customers I support, as well as other topics I want to follow. It helps me stay current on company and market news especially when I do not always have time to keep up with the latest updates myself.

Cons

The broad range of sources can feel a bit overwhelming at times so I still need to narrow and refine that a little.

News right in Teams

Pros

It is incredibly convenient to get updates through teams. I also really appreciate how it combines content from our internal CRM with outside news sources in one place. It automatically picks up my interests based on my Outlook activity which makes the recommendations feel relevant. It has surfaced some real hidden-gem articles that I probably never would have discovered on my own.

Cons

What will make it better is a stronger location-based focus. A lot of the time, Im more interested in news happening in my own town rather than stories from the other side of the world.
