“quick and reliable document translation”

Pros

I find it super easy to use. The translations are pretty spot-on and it does a great job of giving my team a reliable translation of the documents we need to review.

Cons

Sometimes the formatting of the translated document gets messed up. When that happens, I have to spend extra time fixing the formatting myself which can be a bit frustrating and time-consuming.

“Secure translations that save hours”

Pros

It's amazing to have the option to use a "safe" tool instead of those online translators especially for the more technical languages that require accurate translations. this tool saves me so much time and gives me access to tons of documents without needing to ask my contacts to translate them. I love the side-by-side views of the original and translated languages. The software's translation is way ahead of what Google Translate can do. When my workload gets overwhelming, it has been a lifesaver in helping me get things done quickly.

Cons

one issue I've noticed is that the product struggles with how it splits text. For example, when the original document has bullet points, numbered lists or alphabetized lists, the translation doesn't handle them very well. Another problem is spacing...if the spacing changes, the input word can get distorted and the translation ends up wrong. I've also seen cases where entire sentences inside paragraphs get skipped which makes the translation incomplete.

“easy interface but accuracy concerns”

Pros

UI is pretty easy to use but honestly, I get the same results from the Microsoft Translator built into Office. It's helpful for PDFs but when it comes to Japanese translations, accuracy is a bit of an issue. It works okay from Japanese to English but from English to Japanese, I don't find it accurate enough.

Cons

one inconvenience for me is having to copy and paste text into the software when translating emails from Japan. In Outlook, I can just click a button and it translates automatically with similar results.
