frustrating posting breakdowns

Pros

At first glance, the platform feels simple to use and it supports a great range of social media channels. The pricing also seems fair, whether you choose the monthly or yearly plan.

Cons

The biggest frustration was the no-refund policy, even though there were still 10 months remaining on our subscription. We used the software for a full year and then continued into a second one but over time the system became too frustrating to deal with. If just one post has an issue, the platform stops publishing for that entire category. Since posts are grouped into categories and scheduled that way, one misconfigured post can bring the whole schedule to a standstill. Worse, there is no notification when this happens. There is also no clear way to identify which post is causing the issue so you end up checking them one by one just to figure it out. We had everything set up perfectly, only to discover a couple of weeks later that most of the posting had stopped. At that point, finding the problem became a guessing game because the system gives no specific indication of what is wrong or where the issue is. Customer support did try to help but they did not seem to fully understand how serious and disruptive the problem was.

Pros

Turning RSS feeds into social posts works really well. When that's paired with the platform's overall social planning tools, it makes for a really strong solution.

Cons

Parts of the interface took a bit more time to learn than I expected. A lot of that comes from certain sections looking too much alike.

confusing pricing and poor support

Pros

The idea behind the tool has potential, especially for small teams that want a more organized way to handle their social media management.

Cons

Dealing with customer support is frustrating because there is no availability during daytime hours in Europe which makes communication really hard. On top of that, the interface is confusing and far from simple. The biggest issue though, is the vague and inconsistent pricing. The website advertises appealing discounts and yearly savings and those offers even appear to go through correctly at checkout, only to be rejected later with no explanation or apology. I even pointed out an error on their side and it was quietly corrected without any acknowledgment. In one case, a publicly listed 50% annual discount was accepted by the system but after I paid, my account was never activated. Only afterward was I told that the discount supposedly applied to NGOs only, even though that was not mentioned anywhere during checkout. Once again, there was no apology and no attempt to make things right.
