“frustrating posting breakdowns”

At first glance, the platform feels simple to use and it supports a great range of social media channels. The pricing also seems fair, whether you choose the monthly or yearly plan.

Cons

The biggest frustration was the no-refund policy, even though there were still 10 months remaining on our subscription. We used the software for a full year and then continued into a second one but over time the system became too frustrating to deal with. If just one post has an issue, the platform stops publishing for that entire category. Since posts are grouped into categories and scheduled that way, one misconfigured post can bring the whole schedule to a standstill. Worse, there is no notification when this happens. There is also no clear way to identify which post is causing the issue so you end up checking them one by one just to figure it out. We had everything set up perfectly, only to discover a couple of weeks later that most of the posting had stopped. At that point, finding the problem became a guessing game because the system gives no specific indication of what is wrong or where the issue is. Customer support did try to help but they did not seem to fully understand how serious and disruptive the problem was.

Turning RSS feeds into social posts works really well. When that's paired with the platform's overall social planning tools, it makes for a really strong solution.

Parts of the interface took a bit more time to learn than I expected. A lot of that comes from certain sections looking too much alike.

Dealing with customer support is frustrating because there is no availability during daytime hours in Europe which makes communication really hard. On top of that, the interface is confusing and far from simple. The biggest issue though, is the vague and inconsistent pricing. The website advertises appealing discounts and yearly savings and those offers even appear to go through correctly at checkout, only to be rejected later with no explanation or apology. I even pointed out an error on their side and it was quietly corrected without any acknowledgment. In one case, a publicly listed 50% annual discount was accepted by the system but after I paid, my account was never activated. Only afterward was I told that the discount supposedly applied to NGOs only, even though that was not mentioned anywhere during checkout. Once again, there was no apology and no attempt to make things right.

Managing social media scheduling is pretty easy with this platform and it comes with a great set of tools that work well across multiple channels.

The interface can feel a bit cluttered from time to time.

Right away, this tool made managing social media feel far less overwhelming. The interface is simple and the user-friendly features, especially automated publishing and content organization, made it really simple to plan and schedule posts. It saved me a lot of time and the evergreen recycling feature helped revive my best-performing content so my audience stayed engaged on a regular basis.

Cons

One part I struggled with was the initial setup. Being new to it, it took a while to work through all the settings and options and I definitely would have liked a more aligned onboarding process or clearer guidance at the start.

Having everything in a single browser tab is such a big plus and being able to create content for all my social media accounts with one click saves a lot of time. The AI generator has been a really valuable addition too, especially when I hit writer's block or need fresh ideas for content I've already posted. I also appreciate how simple it is to publish to Facebook and Instagram at the same time with one click. On top of that, being able to save hashtag groups is incredibly convenient.

Cons

My only real issue is that there can occasionally be a glitch when I set up automatic posting, where it pulls content from older posts. At times, it ends up selecting the same post again and again which can lead to it being published multiple times in the same week. That said it may just be a setting on my end that needs to be adjusted.

Managing my social media marketing feels much more easy with this platform. From a single dashboard, I'm able to handle all of my social accounts and also use the analytics tools to see the bigger marketing picture and results. That overview is easily the most valuable part for me.

The interface could feel more polished and user-friendly. If the UI were improved, it would make the platform more appealing overall.

One thing I really appreciate is that it genuinely helps you accomplish the work you need to do. It delivers on its promises and performs really well. The price is also very reasonable compared with some competing options which is a big plus. They've added a mobile app too which makes it even more convenient. Since I started using it, I've watched the developers roll out a lot of improvements and that has been really encouraging. It now connects with most major social media platforms, along with tools like Canva and other content creation apps. The analytics and reporting are excellent as well. Overall it's a really strong option for anyone handling social media accounts, especially social media managers looking after client profiles.

My only real complaint is the UI. It's not the most visually appealing tool out there, even though it still works well and gets the job done. If they put more effort into improving the interface, I honestly think this platform would be much more popular.

Right away, the product's design felt thoughtfully done. I haven't run into any bugs, the integration process went smoothly and the scheduling and publishing features have been excellent.

The interface could be more simple and the content management side doesn't feel as up to date as some other tools on the market. It would also benefit from stronger AI features to really boost publishing performance.

Being able to schedule recurring content across my social media platforms has been really useful. I can sort posts into different categories which gives me full control over what gets published and when and it's simple to remove anything that's no longer relevant.

Cons

One thing that's missing is the ability to schedule first comments on Facebook and LinkedIn, especially since competitors like SmarterQueue and RecurPost already include that feature.
