user-friendly ai with responsive support

Pros

It was easy and the interface feels very user-friendly. Installation is simple and it helps cut down the team's workload by bringing video and data together in a way that's accessible and practical. The AI features also open up new ways to access and analyze information and the customer support team has been very responsive and proactive about making sure business needs are addressed.

Cons

One limitation is that when reviewing shared clips, there's no option to zoom in or out of the video in the shared view which makes that part less usable.

responsive support

Pros

Having everything in one platform has been really effective. It makes good use of the video and data infrastructure already in place to help with loss prevention, daily operations, safety and improving the overall customer experience. The platform is easy to use and the customer support team is responsive and reliable whenever help is needed.

Cons

It would be better to have clearer guidance around hardware requirements so video quality and retention can be optimized. More visibility into how customer feedback is handled would also help and the update process could use stronger quality control.
