“very friendly to use
Pros
the generated HPI summaries are usually accurate and the system itself is very easy to use. What matters most to me is that it significantly reduces the time I spend on charting after patient visits.
Cons
I would really like to see improvements in how it populates the physical exam, assessment and plan sections of the note. Those areas often require manual corrections before the documentation is finalized.

“easy to use but order suggestions need work
Pros
Completing SOAP notes has become much easier as well. Instead of worrying about typing every small detail so I don't forget something, I can focus on the conversation with the patient while the system handles most of the documentation.
Cons
I've also noticed that the order suggestions are not always accurate. It would be much better if the system could pull from my list of favorite or commonly used orders instead of suggesting something random that it assumes I meant. That said I do think the Assessment and Plan section has improved noticeably after the most recent update.

“Real-time charting is a game-changer
Pros
one feature we really appreciate is the ability to do real-time charting. It keeps the workflow moving smoothly and helps ensure that documentation is completed during the visit rather than later.
Cons
one limitation of the iPad version is that it does not allow billing or procedure codes to be added directly. that means I still have to switch to another device or workflow step to complete that part of the documentation.

“Helpful for coding
Pros
I'm honestly impressed by how much information the AI is able to capture during conversations. The coding suggestions it provides are also extremely helpful and make daily charting easier for both doctors and administrative staff.
Cons
it sometimes fails to capture the medical assistant's voice during visits which means parts of the conversation may be missing from the documentation.

“smooth integration and needs better recording control
Pros
another thing I like is that the tool is fully integrated within the chart. Reviewing the notes and inserting them directly into the patient chart is simple and convenient which makes the whole documentation process much faster.
Cons
I have to remember to manually turn the recording on and off. Also the recordings expire after a few days which means I have limited time to review them if I need to double-check something.

“Improved diagnoses
Pros
it can now add diagnoses directly to my visit notes which saves extra time during documentation. I've also noticed that the product has improved a lot compared to how it worked about six months ago. The updates have clearly made the tool much more reliable and helpful in daily practice.
Cons
the AI adds a problem entry that is very similar to one already listed in the chart which can create confusion and require manual cleanup.

“Better hpi structure but still inaccurate in other languages
Pros
With the recent improvements, the HPI notes are now much better structured. Earlier versions sometimes mixed up who was speaking but now it does a much better job distinguishing between the provider and the patient. That small change actually makes a big difference when reviewing the notes.
Cons
when the visit happens in other languages like Spanish, the transcription is sometimes inaccurate. Because of that...I mostly rely on the HPI capture which works fairly well. However I would prefer if the system could automatically place information into the correct sections like the plan or assessment instead of requiring me to reorganize everything manually.

“Saves time but duplicates treatment plans
Pros
biggest benefit for me is how much it reduces the time required for documentation. I can quickly review visits afterward and make sure I didn't miss any important details. It also does a surprisingly good job summarizing complicated conversations with patients which can sometimes be hard to document manually.
Cons
sometimes it duplicates treatment plans or summaries in the HPI section while also placing them in the treatment area. Personally, I would prefer that the information only appear in the appropriate section although I understand that this may depend on personal documentation style.

“Fast and convenient tool
Pros
I find the system fast, easy to use and convenient on mobile devices. Because of that, it helps streamline the doctor's schedule. In some cases, it even allows providers to see more patients during the day because documentation takes less time.
Cons
honestly in our experience there were no major downsides. The system worked as expected and helped our doctors complete their documentation faster which made the workflow easier overall.

“focus on patients & needs better voice recognition
Pros
It allows providers to be face-to-face with patients again. Instead of constantly looking at the screen and typing, I can focus on the conversation and interaction during the visit.
Cons
one improvement I would like to see is better voice recognition between the provider and the patient especially when their voices sound similar. Sometimes the system struggles to clearly distinguish who is speaking.

Pros
it does not take long to learn how to use the system which is a huge plus. The progress notes it generates are usually very accurate and I also really like the addition of Spanish interpretation which can be extremely helpful when communicating with patients who prefer Spanish.
Cons
there's nothing I really dislike about the system so far. If anything, my only thought is that I wish we had access to a tool like this years ago. It would have saved a lot of time and effort during patient documentation.

“helps workflow but medication names need correction

From what I've seen, the tool helps providers move through their workflow faster. Tasks that used to take a lot of time now feel much more manageable especially when documenting multiple visits in a day.
Cons
small issue I've noticed is that it sometimes does not recognize medication names correctly. when that happens, I have to go back and manually correct the entry to make sure the prescription details are accurate.

It captures and summarizes the HPI using ambient listening. It listens to the conversation during the visit and converts it into structured documentation which feels like having a virtual scribe in the room.
Cons
One limitation I have noticed is the inability to dictate exactly what I want written in the chart especially in the assessment, plan or treatment notes. It would be very helpful if there were a dedicated scribe command feature that allowed more precise dictation. Also ordering labs and medications through the system can still feel unpredictable at times.

Overall I find the software very easy to use and it usually provides a clear and helpful summary of the consultation. Reviewing and finalizing the note afterward becomes a much faster process.
Cons
It does not always capture the physical exam consistently. sometimes the information is recorded correctly but other times I need to manually add or adjust the details in the final note.
