I had been searching for a tool that would allow me to annotate biological images. After trying out several options, I found two softwares that were perfect for my needs, with SuperAnnotate being one of them. These softwares offered the most extensive range of annotation tools, including the specific ones I was looking for, and the tools themselves are easy to handle.

Cons

Some of the keyboard shortcuts for quick function selection didn't feel that easy to me, though that might just be due to my personal habits.

We are a data annotation service based entirely in the EU, with colleagues who are certified through criminal record and credit checks. We've completed several projects in the SuperAnnotate system, and what stands out most for us, besides how easy it is to use, are the detailed analytics it offers.

We are a data labeling provider with a team of over 100 annotators working on various projects. We started using SuperAnnotate about a year ago, and since then, we've been expanding the number of projects we handle on the software. It's easy to use, reliable, and packed with a wide range of features and capabilities. However, the most useful aspect for us has been the workforce and project management features, which allow us to manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously with ease.

Cons

Although we've had a very positive experience with Superannotate overall, we did run into some issues with custom workflows that were implemented for specific projects on the software. That said, it's understandable, and the team was quick to resolve any problems that came up.
