Support team stands out. They take full ownership of tickets, respond quickly and handle everything in a professional yet personable way. On top of that, they actively share product knowledge which makes it much easier to understand how Weaviate works. Really appreciate that.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. We ran into one issue with our serverless cloud setup and Weaviate support brought in four engineers who worked fast to get it resolved.
