Simple to publish a review

Pros

Publishing a review was very simple and one thing I really enjoyed was being able to include several people in a single review. That saves time and makes it much easier to thank multiple people at once.

Cons

I'd still like to see more emoji options. Since I was using it for promotion, it would also help to have more choices available at the end of the review process.

Meme creation is a blast

Pros

Right away the "Create Meme" feature had me thinking, wow, absolutely yes. I haven't come across anything like that on other similar platforms. Since I'm a huge meme fan and most of the people around me are too, it instantly felt like a feature that would let me express myself in any situation. Sometimes a meme gets the message across better than plain text or even GIFs so this was a big win for me.

Cons

I haven't run into anything frustrating at this point.

Free recognition board

Pros

When a staff member was leaving and didn't want a traditional farewell event, we wanted another way to recognize them. We had previously used Kudosboard with students so this felt like a good fit. The free option worked really well for us since everyone could add their own images, videos and encouraging messages. I really appreciated being able to put together a recognition board at no cost.

Cons

There honestly weren't any real downsides for how we were using it. It gave everyone a chance to collaborate and contribute their own messages which was exactly what we needed. The free version covered our use case well though getting approval for a paid subscription would probably be difficult since we already have internal platforms that overlap with some of those features.
